Watching the grins spread across Pavilion Master and Paul Randall's faces, I suddenly caught on to something.
Did they bring me here just for this?
"Mr. Randall, you've got a way to handle this?" I asked, barely containing my eagerness.
"This means everything to me. You know I'm doing all this to save Mabel Sean!"
"Beat Leticia, and I get into the Mystic Realm! Then I can finally see Mabel Sean!"
Paul Randall gave me a long look. "Ever consider what happens if you actually make it to the Mystic Realm and can't get back out?"
"What if they gang up on you once you're inside? What's your move then?"
I gritted my teeth. "I'll figure something out! Find the Mystic Realm first, then worry about the rest!"
Paul Randall just nodded at that. "Looks like you've decided. No point arguing with you."
He got to his feet.
Crossing his arms behind his back, he said, "You know about heavenly secrets, right?"
"Yeah." I nodded.
"I managed to catch some once. Actually succeeded."
