The mustached guy sneered with contempt, "Mason Raymond, you better think this through. If she actually remembers who the masked woman was, we won't be able to handle her."
His words made me pause and think deeply.
The way the mustached man acted so carefully made anyone feel uneasy.
I stood there without saying anything for a long time.
My face showed how torn I felt inside.
The mustached man didn't push me. He just stood there and waited quietly.
After a few minutes, I turned to look at the mustached guy.
"Even if we don't bring her, she's going to remember everything anyway, right?" I asked.
The mustached man nodded. "Yeah."
"Then let's do it," I took a deep breath.
"At least Watson is still under our control right now."
"Plus, she might not be as scary as you think."
The mustached man looked like he'd already figured out what I'd decide.
He gave a cold laugh. "Mason, let me tell you something about the masked woman."
I nodded, letting him know he should go ahead.
