WOW! Another chapter, been reading a lot so I've been getting a lot of ideas and just finished some online work done so figured I'd do this.

Just wanted to say thanks, this book is simply something I started because I needed something to do with my mind that I would enjoy. I honestly did this just to vent out the thoughts in my mind but instead people actually started enjoying it, I think, and then it actually got quite a lot of views.

"NOW ONTO THE LAST ROUND IN THE SEMI-FINALS. IT'S MOMO YAOYOROZU VERSUS Y/N NEO SEKAI"
The two of us step onto stage, myself taking a bit longer than her.
"Are you doing alright", Momo has a worried look on her face as she glances at the bandages on my body.
The 「Howitzer Impact」 having done quite the damage to my body, although nothing permanent I did have many scratches and couple of gashes from the flying debris which I hadn't realized had hit me.
"I'm doing fine", I'm not.

As I was moved to the infirmary my blood started flowing out more causing me to take some damage as well as her quirk taking a lot to heal my wounds, lastly the rebound/backlash of using R.T.
"Are the two of you ready", Midnight stares down at us, more so paying attention to my wounds.
I give her a nod as Momo takes a moment before slowly doing the same.
Midnight let's out a sigh before smiling again, "Then BEGIN!"
Momo immediately goes to create a gun since I had been using close range combat the entire time.
"Huh", she stops her hands freezing as her eyes move downwards towards her gut, my crouched figure and hand against her gut surprising her.
Renewal Taekwondo: Bo-Bup, I'm not very good at it but with my quirk it allows blitzing for those who can't match my speed like Momo.
"Sorry", as my hand presses into her stomach she is sent out of the arena, very softly at that.
"T-The winner is Y/N Neo Sekai!"
As the crowd starts yelling, albeit quieter than normal, I can only stare at my legs.
'Sorry Recovery Girl'
"Miss. Midnight can I start the next fight immediately if Midoriya is okay with it?"
"Hm? You don't want to take a break despite the state your in, you know if you're trying to show off to a girl you're doing a good job", she gives me an odd smile, at least odd to me.
"Izuku Midoriya! If you're willing to please step onto the stage immediately to starts the finals", I tilt my head towards the class stands, normally in-between brackets or sets there is a break so Midoriya would still be up there.
The break isn't to long but enough, I notice Midoriya staring at me as he takes a second just looking at my condition before saying something to Ochaco.
She quickly lightens his body as he hops down from the stands and makes his way to the arena.
"Are you sure, wouldn't it be best to rest for a moment?"
"I'll be fine it would be better to fight immediately for me as if I wait to long my body will strain to much", I've already used R.T.'s version of the Flash Step so my legs are in quite the amount of pain yet it isn't bothering me for some reason, why?
"Though you can forgive me can't you?"
"huh?" "START!"
I pull my right hand upwards as if adding more dramatics to my moves, though in honesty it's more akin to molding my ability to activate it easier, like hand seals in Naruto or JJK.
"fall", as I activate my quirk all my sense momentarily block out as I activate 「Tainted Corruption」for a brief moment, they're blocked to the point I can't even hear my own thoughts.

Immediately the entire arena shatters, cracks spreading across the entire field as Cementoss and Midnight seem to have trouble standing themselves.
Reaching my hand up I activate my second ability, 「Shinra Tensei」as the entire arena is destroyed as Midoriya is quickly sent out of it, my quirk deactivating quickly after.
'Was that the smartest decision... probably not but it guaranteed that Midoriya couldn't use his quirk and that I-'
My vision goes black as I collapse to the floor, fucking drawbacks.

36 Minutes Later
"What did I tell you!"
My arm flinches as I lay in one of the recovery beds, though the oncoming attack never happens.
"Most people would've taken serious damage with that much strain on their body, you're lucky my quirk is this strong and I was quick enough", she let's out a sigh as she walks around the room grabbing and shifting things around.
"Sorry... figured it wouldn't be as bad if I quickly ended my fights", I sit up, my legs in a lot of pain.
"Well you aren't wrong but it doesn't make you right either. This fighting style of yours is strong sure but it's only working because of your quirk, from what I can tell you aren't able to use this fighting style without it due to your body not being used to it", she hands me some sort of liquid medicine as I drink it, 'bitter'.
"It's a work in progress, plus I can't get better with this fighting style without using it, if anything I'm lucky that I've got my quirk it would've been hard to get my body to the right condition to learn this form of marital arts without it at this point in my life," she nods but I can't tell if it's in agreement or not, it's hard to tell with her.
"Well no more fighting for awhile, especially with that that technique of yours, but seeing as how you didn't listen last time I'll tell you this. You can only use that form is soft slow strokes, like a paint brush as to not have your muscles tense up."
I nod at her words, I can't perform any of the moves naturally as is, I throw out crude uses of each form with my quirk, the only reason they worked is because of who I was fighting at each time and my quirk giving me a boost, anyone with good martial arts and strength to match would've beaten me.
Though against Kirishima it was because of my knowledge of his style and my own experience in using martial arts, suppose my body being at it's peak was a bonus.
I move my arm towards my arm-pad as I click on it pulling up my {Vitals}, my heart rate is below average and it's reading damage in my legs as well as light damage across my entire body, it isn't insanely precise but enough to show it works.
"All right you can leave now, I better not see you in here again, already got enough to deal with that classmate of yours," I chuckle at that last bit as I head out of the room, a light amount of stumbling in my step.
"Well there you are little listener."
"Good morning Present Mic, did you need something from me?"
He nods his head with quite the bravado in his steps, "Yep we've to get you~ -he wraps his arms around my shoulder- to the reward ceremony".
I brush his arm off of me and start walking.
"Then let's go, can't keep the people waiting and all that", I wave my hand at him as I start heading for the arena.
As I step out I notice some of the destruction still around and All Might standing on the stage, 'suppose they couldn't postpone it for long'.
I notice three other people already on stage, standing in second place is Midoriya with third place having both Yaoyorozu and Tokage.
Quickly making my way up to the stands I hear some applause, "Sorry about the delay Miss".
All Might shakes her head, "It's fine you were recovering, I would prefer you to be in good health then come up here in bad condition".
I take my place in first as she wraps a medal around my neck, putting her arm on my shoulder I notice a bit confliction in her eyes before it disappears.
"Placing in first is something to be very proud of, you showed amazing skill and control in your abilities. I heard about your assistance during the fight between young Midoriya and Todoroki which I thank you for. Even if you were a bit reckless with your fights you never pushed yourself down a path you didn't believe you could handle and because of that you showed everyone some amazing things, be proud of where you stand as you will only continue to grow from here onwards."
There is a rather proud smile on her face, despite her counterpart she is actually a good teacher, for a moment my heart pumps a bit faster.
'Is it because she recognized my skills?... This feeling'
"Thank you, I'll do my best to be the best hero I can," I give her a small bow before standing back up as she turns towards the crowd.
"These are today's winners but please wait a moment, everyone here today worked hard and showed amazing potential to be heroes many of you will rely on in the future. Competition, encouragement, and pushing each other to climb higher that's what this festival is, nothing more than a starting point for your future. Today we saw only the blossoming seeds of the future, in that spirit let's all have one final cheer, EVERYONE SAY IT WITH ME ONE, TWO, THREE! PLUS ULTRA!"
The entire crowd erupts into cheers, many screaming UA's famous words.
After awhile of some more banter many leave the arena as class 1-A meets up with one another.
"Wow that was so much fun!" Mina is jumping in place grabbing onto Ochaco, shaking her rapidly.
"Please don't hurt Uraraka," Momo walks over to her attempting to stop the smaller girl from being to shaken up.
"That was quite the final move Y/n," Shoji walk over to me, Tokoyami in tow.
"Sorry about that, I just went with what I thought would be the fastest win, my body wasn't in the greatest condition at the end there."
Midoriya who I had directed my words to just stares at me before smiling, "It's fine I was honestly worried that you where pushing yourself a bit to far, it was a smart move it just shows I need to get better control over my quirk in the future".
"YOU BASTARD," Bakugou stomps over to me a huge amount of anger in his voice, though it's not venomous.
"What do you want"
"A REMATCH!"
"Not happening"
"WHY NOT YOU CHEATING BASTARD"
"Because I'm injured right now, you want to fight me at my best, no?"
He pauses for a moment before storming off grumbling some profanities.
"You doing alright," Setsuna walks up with Kuro in her arms, who also so happens to be carrying her medal.
"I'm doing fine, just need some rest is all."
"Good," she nudges her shoulder into me as I notice Kaminari grumbling to himself.
"You cuties should probably head home now," the illustrious 18+ hero walks up to all of us.
"Before we do that, where is Ida," she shifts her gaze to me as her smile drops for a moment as releases a breath.
"Something came up with his family so he head to leave early. He should be back by tomorrow so it's nothing to worry about it," despite her words it sounds like she's trying to emphasize it is something to worry about it.
A couple of our classmates look concerned but they quickly realize there isn't much we can do at the minute.
We all start leaving, heading to our respective rides as Momo stops us.
Setsuna and I turn around noticing Jiro standing beside her, "Need something?"
"I was wondering if you wanted to hang out, I figured seeing as how you're exhausted that being with others might soothe the mind, I've got quite the herbal tea that should help too," as she talks a Limo pulls up behind her, the rest of the class has already left so none see it.
"Wanna?"
Setsuna pulls Kuro poking my nose with her own as I just stare at the dog, a curious look in her eyes.
"Sure I could go for some tea"
Tea....
Tea sounds good right now.
