For new readers, I've currently going back and rewriting old chapters so the writing style may look weird as you read on due to me not having hit those chapters yet.
(For old readers not everything will be different, just better)

A Singularity, a point or region of infinite mass and density at which space and time are infinitely distorted by gravitational forces, which is held to be the final state of matter falling into a black hole.
It's an interesting concept is it not? You see, when a star reaches the end it's life span it slowly collapses in on itself, upon which it will reach a state in which we call a Stellar Black Hole but releasing all if it's density and mass into what is known as a Supernova.
It is theorized that after the Big Bang, when the universe was smaller and far more dense, a True or Primordial Black Hole could be created. You see there is a very big difference between the two Black holes, Stellar Black Holes tend to die out very fast and never amount to much, but Primordial Black Holes or simply Black Holes, well they live for quite some time. Slowly but surely devouring so much.
But why were they so different, well it's simple isn't it, density and mass that's all it's about. You see a Black Hole, the primordial version, doesn't require some dying star, no no it's simply just came to be at random points, but we're not here to learn about Black Holes now are we, no what's significantly more important is what these Primordial can create.
It is commonly theorized that if a Black Hole ever reaches an infinite mass with infinite density then a Singularity as well as what's known as a Wormhole would be created allowing for some rather disastrous things, of course this is all but a big theory after all an uncontained Blackhole mixed with a wormhole would cause quite the destruction would it not?

(A note before the beginning Musutafu is based on the Shizuoka Prefecture (or so I read) of Japan, a place known as Omaezaki is located on the southern section of Shizuoka Prefecture on the edge leading into the North Pacific Ocean)
On the edge of Omaezaki people were bustling throughout the streets in an orderly fashion. Most people were either heading to their jobs or having just left them, though some people wearing what seems to be something akin to a Halloween costume were seen semi scarcely among them, these were people who helped other, being deemed heroes as humanity liked to call them.
Heroes, a concept as old as time, known for helping those in need may it be for the benefit of them self or the benefit of others. They act as pillars of hope for the ignorant and the greatest demise for the arrogant, or in some case just more fuel for them.
Many people look up to heroes seeing them as people who you should aspire to be, but some say otherwise, these people were simply known as villains.
Villains, for as long as heroes have been around villains have been right there beside them. Yin and Yang, Creation and Destruction, Light and Dark, Order and Chaos, Heroes and Villains two forces that have constantly opposed the opposite and yet without the other they would never thrive.
In todays society if you aren't a hero you are either a villain or a nobody. Not like being any one of the three is a choice, this is due to a phenomenon known as quirks.
Quirks, an incontrollable factor determined at birth, a superpower one could only see in tv shows or comic books.
They started appearing years ago when a child started glowing a bright luminescent yellow akin to a flashlight. Since that day all those years ago more and more of these abilities started appearing until they became a normal part of society, now infecting more than 80% of the world, the other 20% being seen as either worthless or average at best.
These quirks started being one of the most important part of societies hierarchy. Quirks could change someone from being a nobody to being on of the most influential people in the entire world. They decided if one became a hero, a nobody, or a villain.
For those with powerful quirk the only paths you had were heroism or villainy. Even if one never even hurt a fly they would end up being scrutinized by society for for using their quirk to help others by putting their life on the life.
As for those who where quirkless or possessed a weak quirk? Well they were just ignored, just another person you passed on the street. Not to mention those who born with unfortunate quirk such as mutation types which made some look monstrous or even getting a 'villainous' quirk that could 'only be used to hurt others'.
Quirks were both praised and feared because of their strength and occasional unstableness. They were heavily monitored by the Hero Public Safety Commission (HPSC), an organization that controlled most of hero society.
They made sure to pay very close attention to all quirks that entered their database as to make sure that those with strong quirks were monitored to stop any possible destruction, as well as make sure that potential future heroes stayed safe. Though they were obviously limited in two specific ways.
One, the HPSC had only so much control, they couldn't just take in strong quirked kids, or actively attempt to interfere with that child's life as they could receive backlash if they were caught. Sure the HPSC were strong, but only because the people let them be that strong. Not to mention heroes weren't easy to control, many worked for money and popularity and if siding with the people got them their fame or money then they wouldn't hesitate to turn on the HPSC.
Two, quirks that were either not registered or...

Omaezaki a beautiful place, not to mention it was rather popular due to its close proximity with Musutafu, the city that housed UA, the most prominent hero school as well as the most famous pro hero, All Might.
But today was different, what was once a beautiful and colorful city now was now a crumbling pile of ash and ruins. The smoldering embers engulfed the city like a warm blanket you would cover yourself with, the only difference is the fact that those who were engulfed with this cover rarely made it out.
The smell of iron and flesh flowed through the air like a noxious gas. The smell infecting those who were trying to help or those who were trying to escape, making it only harder for those who were in the city that day.
"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!" A loud voice emanated from one of the heroes helping out, attempting to shout over the chaos that laid around them. "Don't know eye witness reports say some sort of black hole erupted near the docks, also keep it down you might do more harm than help." A calmer voice voice came from the formers right side, this voice seeming far more calm but rougher. "A black hole? huh, that's all we're going on? Some haywire quirk ya think?" the hero quieted their voice though it still had some bass to it.
A light hum resonated in confirmation and agreement. 'Troublesome, how could some quirk just cause all this casually without someone seeing them use it or it start becoming some openly unstable... haywire quirk... could it instead be a quirk awakening?'
The man glanced around looking for anyone he could help as he slowly analyzed the situation, attempting to find anything that can help, his gaze could only truly take him so far as he was just a 17 year old hero in training.
Just as the man went to turn a corner at the end of the street a loud crack resonates throughout the air as the man saw some sort of distortion in the air. He attempts to pay close attention as he stares at the remains of what was once the cities docks.
The trainee quickly runs down finding the end of the street before taking a sharp right and stopping in his tracks. Staring shocked into the air he looks at some sort of spatial distortion causing his eyes to hurt as he attempts to keep a close eye on it.
In the air right above the destroyed docks seems to be some sort of unstable ball of energy, it's predominantly purple and black aura lashing around destroying everything it comes in contact with.
'Can't see who ever is causing this, damn it.' The man grunts in annoyance as he notices something odd start to happen with the 15 foot ball. Slowly but surely the ball starts morphing and changing, almost stabilizing itself as it becomes no bigger than a golf ball.
'Is it over? no, it's still there, resting maybe?' As he stand there in thought his senses kick into overdrive as he jumps back as far as his body can take him. His feet hitting the floor as he steps onto unstable rubble causing him to trip and fall.
The unnamed hero looks up as the golf ball pumps to a tune similar to that of a beating heart.
Once
Twice
Sadly this one was not captured, and it's definitely not running away.
A huge shockwave ripples throughout the earth shaking it to it's very core. Unknown to many, this world changed people who others once new were replaced, history its self, and its set destiny were no longer the same. Unknown to many, this night the world changed the people that were once known are now different, the history different, and its set destiny no longer the same
After all why would destiny stay the same to someone who wasn't confided by normal laws.
{Notice A Singularity has appeared}
