The attack with the ball that Elena did, it was just to create a distraction. Elena was very sure that no matter how strong she made this attack of hers, Oshi would be able to handle it without any difficulty.
So her actual attack was a conceptual assault while utilising the her Neutral Constant Singularity ability alongside the other two.
What Elena had done with this was simple. She had used Nihility to end the existence of one part of Oshi. And then, she had used the Neutral Constant Singularity to make this state parmanent.
Elena was aiming to get rid of one of Oshi's limb permanently with this move. But as the attack took effect, Elena realised that she was hoping for too much.
