Even though the name Neutral Constant Singularity sounded very complex, the ability itself was quite simple. And even though this ability was created by utilising and combining several parts of the absolutely broken Nihility and Genesis abilities, it did not depend on any of their concepts.
What Elena had done was to use the two supreme laws as a foundation to create something that could surpass the laws. She was not planning to make something that was equal in quality to the Nihility and Genesis, instead she wanted to create something that was genuinely better than both.
And Neutral Constant Singularity was better in terms of quality. There was no doubt about it. Elena was even confident that this ability of hers was closer to the abilities of the true supreme beings of the Omniverse.
