Sharon Sutton refused to forgive him!
She wouldn't even reply to his messages.
Was she really planning on ignoring him forever?
...
The next morning, Anne Sutton had just stepped out of the hospital room when she saw Lucy Todd approaching. She stood at the doorway, holding a thermal container, and said to Anne, "Anne."
Anne Sutton looked at Lucy Todd, a headache already forming. "What are you doing here?"
'If Sharon sees her, she'll get upset all over again.'
Lucy Todd asked, "How is Sharon? Is she feeling any better? I heard what happened, and I've been so worried about her."
"Worried?" Anne Sutton's gaze fell upon Lucy Todd. "Are you really worried about her? It looks to me like you're just here to add fuel to the fire! I don't know what's going on between you and David Hayes, but... they're married. What you're doing makes you a complete homewrecker."
