Anne Sutton glanced at him and said, "No, thank you. Why are you so eager to help me? We don't even know each other that well."
"I just feel bad about what my mother and sister did to you before! So I want to make it up to you."
"Forget it," Anne Sutton said. "You don't have to do this. All of that is in the past!"
"So you've forgiven them?" Justin Shields asked, looking curious.
Anne Sutton shot him a look. "You're overthinking it!"
