The clerk's vague assertion implied that the tester was likely a cultivator at level one or two of the Transcendental stage. To say that the blade could withstand the true energy of all Transcendental powerhouses was clearly an exaggeration.
But Jinling was, after all, just a first-tier city. To have a blade that could handle the Transcendental stage was already quite impressive. One couldn't be too demanding.
