The shadow chose the timing precisely, as the professionally trained SWAT team members, upon encountering an explosion, instinctively bent over and covered their heads to protect themselves.
As such, when the agents unconsciously bent over to avoid the blast, the sudden emergence of the shadow did not attract too much attention.
Two SWAT officers, who had not gone upstairs and were still searching in the kitchen on the first floor, did notice the shadow and shouted loudly:
"Target spotted!"
"He's here! He's trying to escape!"
Before the two could finish, the shadow had already charged towards the apartment entrance. The SWAT officers stationed outside the apartment for surveillance were startled by the sudden explosion on the second floor.
The two looked up instinctively, but out of the corner of their eyes, they suddenly spotted a dark figure rushing towards them.
"Fu-k!"
"Damn it!"
