Saturday night at eight o'clock, in eastern Massachusetts, a certain villa.
"Someone wants to see me?"
Hearing the waiter's words, Luo An, who was sitting in the chair, looked up slightly surprised, while Mona squinted her eyes and asked the waiter:
"Who?"
"Sorry, ma'am."
The waiter with the gray mask apologized softly, explaining:
"The guests at the dinner are all wearing masks, I do not know everyone's identity."
"OK."
Luo An smiled and patted Mona's hand to reassure her, then nodded to the waiter:
"Lead the way."
"Please follow me."
The waiter with the gray mask led the way, taking Luo An out of the lobby, straight down the hallway, turning left, and finally stopping in front of a room:
"This is it, sir please enter."
Luo An reached out to open the door and entered the room, a not very large parlor with only a bookshelf, two sofas, and a round table, upon which sat a bottle of red wine and two glasses.
