Another prominent manual construction around the rotunda would be the mall.
There were two being built in parallel, but they were placed on opposite sides of the territory.
One was located in the denser area surrounded by mid-rise buildings, while the other was located near the new villa areas. It was smaller, but it was much more posh.
The market for these two was a bit different, so the approach and design were a bit different, too.
They decided to make malls because of their convenience. There would still be market streets, commercial areas, entertainment streets, and so on, but they would be spread out, and it was good to have a few places where everything was there. It saved on time and effort and spread out the traffic, which would always be a win.
There were naturally different designs and approaches to these two malls, considering they catered to different markets.
