Felipe left the warehouse with his entourage that almost rivalled the Lord's. The Lord did not mind this at all. Rather, he was the one who assigned so many guards to him!
Not only was his brain foggy, but he believed Felipe was his most important resource! In his mind, these guards would also help him monitor Felipe and make sure he didn't stray away, or that none of his rivals could get to him at all.
He had no idea that they had long been Felipe's people and had tasted the drugs even before the Lord did. At this time, they were extremely loyal to him and could feed the Lord any information Felipe ordered them to.
