Alterra Town
At this time, the Alterran Elders were meeting with various Lords was ongoing. Some were looking a bit tired, some were solemn, while others were just watching what was going on, listening quietly.
They had snacks and tea on the linen-covered table to ensure a comfortable meeting, so that they at least wouldn't go hungry during the event. It was a long meeting, after all.
The first agenda was that Basset Town—now co-led by the Ine and Ort families—had sent a request for an alliance with them. The Ine and Ort families were the families of the two elders who ultimately ended the life of Bentro, the former Lord of Basset Town.
Their children had just married, and the offspring that would come out of the union—in a month, they heard—would be declared the new heir. He'd even be Lord as soon as he reached Level 10 as well.
Considering the two families were powerful in their own right, they managed to help Basset recover to some degree despite the losses during the war.
