In a City named F3 and a very majority of poor people lives if people on earth saw this part of the city they call it Slum area. But in this city people call this area Low-tier area. Currently the sky is pitch black indicating that it is night.
In the Low-tier area of the city in a very dilated house there laid a boy on the bed made of some old wood and he can be seen as he is malnutrioned.
He has a black hair and amethyst color pupils. Not so Handsome face and Not so Ugly face. He can be said as average and his skin dry without enough food and water to sustain himself. His age is around 14 and he is also not that tall with just 165 centimeters.
His name is Li Min. He is an Orphan who lost his parents when there was a Space Crack near their home in E1 City. After his parents death government provided him with enough subsidy for his sustainability and needs.
Suddenly there was movement in the body and the unconscious Li Min opens his eyes and tries to wake up from bed but an imaginable pain rushes through his body and mind and after few minutes the pain from his mind recedes and a wave of memories flashes.
He was delighted that he got a chance to raise to top and get his revenge on his enemies and also feels sad for himself to get reincarnated into the body that is normal without any cultivation.
He also got memories about the world he is reincarnated into. He is in a world called Blue Planet and it is more than 3 times larger than the earth in his first life. It has 5 continents. Zalara Continent, Tharia Continent, Valariya Continent, Khorvaire Continent, Elyria Continent.
With Zalara being Largest and Elyria being Smallest. Currently he is in Elyria Continent there are 14 States and in the smallest state called Sinzo State with cities naming from A to G( All around the world cities are names based on alphabets based on their resources and the protection it provides to it's citizens and are give numbers after their name such as E1, G1 and G2. It indicates number of cities and it's names).
Here on this planet there are Cultivators and also strong one but not compared to the people in the immortal world where he came from. Here strong people oppressed the weak. Those are who cannot cultivate.
He is also a person who cannot cultivate and it was the reason he is injured the soul in this world died and he occupied the body. But he is not that crestfallen because he can feel that after his soul fused with the body it has been upgraded and his cultivation talent has increased.

After confirming that he indeed got all the treasures with him and also there is not damage to his both weapon and storage ring.

He thinks that due to less Heaven and Earth energy than in his previous world it may take them more years to ascend and reach upper level worlds as he has no idea about next realm in this world.
