Belle's POV
After 2 month of lecture and practically avoiding crossing ways with the "so called cutest and hottest guy on school" who every girl wants as more than a friend, stalking his page to see some of his pictures and drool over secretly.
I was alone in my hostel while Luna told me she wants to visit ๐๐๐จ best friend in their hostel and I don't want any body to disturb me since I've been in the room reading for like 3 hours and now that I've completed almost all my course studying for today it's getting tiring because it's literally everything on my course titles I've finished.
The school magazine also shared that he broke up with his girlfriend not quite long like 3 week to 6 weeks ago as I heard.
I managed to know the girl exactly but Luna and Vicky keeps me updated that she is also a medicine student and not that cute but I didn't bulge at all.
"hmmm... I think I need to stroll out" I thought tapping my chin as I stood closing my books, arranging my table and stretching my stiff body so my table would look neat then I held my phone and earpod.
I was wearing a blue butterfly with green and Yellowstone harmless Ankara bra top,black high waist crazy jean trouser, holding my spec then I wore my flat sandal as I stepped out of my room in my apartment.
I didn't know when I got to the faculty of medicine because I was lost in thought listening to music on my earpod and unfortunately bumped into someone thinking it was a wall because it was black but as I looked down it was another thing I'm seeing.
A guy wearing black polo designer top and grey trousers and latest sneaker 2023 then I gradually looked up at him.
Lo and behold it's the same person I've been avoid to cross path with for the past 2 month.
"Ouch! oh.... sorry, I didn't mean to bump into you, I'd take my leave now" I said in a haste wanting to leave immediately and then he held my wrist
"Wait please Angel"he said softly making sure only I hear his voice
"Holy mother of Jesus, who gave birth to this handsome Greek God of a person" I thought as I blushed furiously with my mouth opened with an 'hun' sound as I stared back at my wrist which was flamingly hot with the connect we just made by colliding together.
"Yeah... I think I just accidentally saw the guy everyone is talking about" my sub conscious mind said bringing me back to earth partially because my heart was beating furiously.
"I think I just finally found my woman who has been occupying my mind for the past 2 month" he mumbled lowly staring me as I blushed to the words he said.
He noticed that he was still holding onto my arm as he pulled away and smiling sheepishly.
"Oh...I am so sorry.... it's just that you're so beautiful can I talk to you for a sec? he asked as he placed his hand in his pocket standing at my front looking at me with a soft expression.
"Sure... Ok I'm listening I replied as I smiled and looked at his face.
Yeah....thanks common let's seat here" he pointed to the empty seat at the side terrace of his faculty.
"Okay...thanks" I said as we walked their together and sat leaving a 2-feet space away from each other.
"Thank you beautiful " He replied as he placed his arm round the arm of the chair I sat on.
It took only 2 hours for us to get to know each other more and about our childhood.
He is actually carefree, sweet, attentive and cool. I've known this cute side of him and all of his favorites too.
"I'm off to my apartment, see you later Matt!" I said as he surprisingly kissed my lips.
his lips is very soft and it's pink I feel like tasting it again I bet Tina his ex-girlfriend didn't get to be kissed like this for a bit my subconscious mind enlightened me and I smiled happy about it.
"hey....let me walk you to your apartment, it shouldn't be far from mine since we are living in the same area he replied as he brushes his hand towards mine holding it gently as I whimpered staring at our intertwined fingers smiling and blushing.

"Matthew.... don't you think it would cause the school to have a topic to discuss and I don't want to go viral I'm keeping my status down" I said scrunching my nose while looking around to see if anyone is watching us walk together.
"Evie... what's that about?" Matthew asked titling his head to look at my face as if I knew that I got some eyes on me I gradually turned my head to look at him and immediately blushed.
"What I'm trying to say is that gossip would carry out the news that I'm seen with you in the public holding hands" I explained trying to remove my hand from his which I'm failing to do.
"Nah... Don't worry about it.... why did you even come to my faculty? I've been meaning to ask cause it was on my mind since I saw you Matthew said
hmmmmm... well I just wanted to talk a stroll out of my apartment from reading for too long and then I met myself in your faculty.....also one of my friend is here so...." I said shrugging my shoulder, looking at the floor as I placed my hand on my black bracelet tapping my feet.
"hmmmmm.... I'd believe that one of the girls is here because she's with one of my closest friends and guys and because you were thinking of something or rather someone that's why your heart brought you here for your stroll" he said and completely made me short of words.
"hmmmmm... if you say so" I replied avoiding to look at his black and brown eyes cause the conversation is getting awkward.
"hmmm... bye for now Matthew" I quickly said in an haste to leave, I turned to leave as he wrapped his hand round my waist this time I suddenly felt the electricity expanding while our body touched.
"Evie.... why are you suddenly avoiding looking at me? What did I do wrong?" Matthew asked as his breath fanned my neck Goosebumps everywhere.
"Nothing to be serious..... I want to go rest... I've been out of my house for almost 3 hours now" I said scratching the back of my hair then I cleared my throat.
It looks like we got nearer your apartment and that's my cue to go thanks for the time you spent with me.....it was really refreshing and the building beside you is my house, you're welcome to come anytime" Matthew said making me turn away blushing softly.
"You're welcome thank you for today I really needed the fresh air too Matthew" I replied as he held my two hands in which I allowed him as he face me placing his finger on my chin to face him.
"Evie...Can...can...can you...can you give I get your digits??"Matthew stuttering nervously scratching his hair cursing himself lowly and sighing frustratedly trying to get his words out in one piece as I burst out laughing at his nervousness.
"yeah....it's nothing you could have asked without stuttering" I said still laughing as I dialled my number on his phone and returned it to him
Gee...thanks your beauty makes me stutter and one last thing before you finally got rest I've troubled you enough Matthew said as I blushed for nth time today folding my arms, titling my head as I waited to see what he wanted to do face.
"yeah what is that?" I asked watching him closely.
"hmmmmm.... yeah you're an incomparable beauty Evie and I'd phone tonight" he said as he kissed my forehead.
"Okay Matthew I'd be expecting it.... good night" I said as I walked to my apartment going straight for my room smiling broadly as I went to tiktok to check my video update.
It was already 54k viewer and then I checked my time it's just 5:30pm in the evening.
Luna said she'd be back by 6pm so I decided to make dinner for the both of us since we are the only one that is living in the apartment.
Vicky, Ivy and Ella are already in their hostel doing one thing or the other on the other side of campus.
"Hmmmmm.... let me see.... pasta,fried egg and chicken will do so let's get work started" I said to myself while bringing out what I'm going to be using
"I think that's what we're gonna eat though" I said standing as I walked into our large decorated kitchen inside our apartment, cleaningmy sandal on the rag then walked to set everything I'd need and then start cooking.
Matthew POV
"bro you've been gone for 3 hours now approximately so where have you been??" Alex and Roman asked the first thing on their mind staring at me for answers as I made my way to the love seat couch which was vacant but I'm not going to tell them anything related to the beauty I saw today.
"yeah I was in our faculty.... have that answered your questions? You guys should continue with your game or would you want to know what I was doing there" I asked as I laid on the couch unlocking my phone as I connected my earpod to listen to music then I went to Instagram.
Just then a small tap was on my shoulders as I looked at my back raising my hand thinking it was one of the boys so I could slap him but it was Evie best friend.
"hi" she said softly as she withdrew her hand from my shoulder.
her hand is soft as Evie finger.
"Hi there" I answered staring at her as I sat properly facing her.
"Yeah... Jules told me about you so I came to say hi maybe we can be friends since you want to start dating my best friend" Luna said smiling.
" Yeah that's true I want to start dating her and by the way i haven't heard your name.... mine is Matthew" I said
"Oh.... cool it's Luna just four lettered words" Luna said nervously scratching her ear and looking any where but my face.
"So what do you exactly want from me since my best friend has told you everything you want to know about me" I said folding my arms.
"Yeah nothing just decides to say hi" Luna replied.
" Well ok" I replied as I stood.
"Yeah" Luna said awkwardly then she walked back to seat beside Jules.
I walked into the kitchen to cook what I'd eat since the guys are not ready at all they are busy playing game and my best friend on the other hand who is not playing with them is with my girl best friend gisting and laughing.
So I placed my iPhone on the counter and lighted the gas to cook macaroni medium size and egg.
I poured all the ingredients and covered it walking back to the room.
By my time it's already 6pm so I sat on the couch then brushes to WhatsApp.

in less than 30 seconds she literally replies back while Jules got up to escort his guest out to her apartment.

I was still deliberating on what to type when the school magazine was just updated and I saw the flier of a party happening on Friday.
