Gu Lanshan ultimately did not stay for dinner. When she saw her bag, she immediately picked it up and left, saying she needed to go home.

"I'll walk you to get a taxi then," Han Chengchi said softly without trying to make her stay any further.
Gu Lanshan shook her head, "It's okay, you go back and join them."
"It's fine," Han Chengchi simply said, turning around and walking outside. Gu Lanshan hesitated for a moment before following him.
