Gu Lanshan loosened her grip and handed over her wrist and watch to Sheng Shi. Sheng Shi took the watch and looked down to see the scar on Gu Lanshan's wrist.
Sheng Shi stared at the scar, his expression frozen.
Gu Lanshan saw that Sheng Shi remained motionless for a long while and lifted her head to glance at him, asking, "What's wrong?"
Sheng Shi came back to his senses, didn't speak, and silently fastened the watch strap for Gu Lanshan, just covering the scar on her hand.
Sheng Shi looked up into Gu Lanshan's eyes. He stared into her eyes for a long time before finally speaking, "Should I take you home?"
Gu Lanshan replied, "Okay."
As Sheng Shi turned around, he took another look into Gu Lanshan's eyes.
