"When?" Gu Lanshan suddenly interrupted Ye Yao, feeling a gritty discomfort in her eyes, "When do you want to see me?"
"Tomorrow then, are you available?"
"Okay." After Gu Lanshan spoke, she wanted to hang up the phone, however, at the other end, Ye Yao continued to call her name, "Chu Chu."
Gu Lanshan did not respond, after two seconds, she then heard Ye Yao's voice come through, "Chu Chu, I heard from Xiao Mo that you've gotten married."
"Uh-huh."
"Could I meet your husband?"

Upon receiving the call from Ye Yao, Gu Lanshan had no mind to continue dining with Mrs. Han. Returning to the courtyard house, she grabbed her bag, mentioned she had something to attend to, and left early.
Mrs. Han looked somewhat disappointed, yet still smiled as she saw her off.
Gu Lanshan skipped dinner and went straight home by taxi and then locked herself in her room and cried bitterly.
