The doctor continued pulling up more charts asking Quinn to identify the pictures and words he saw, but Quinn failed trying to do so. Doctor Ying made note of his score. After that the doctor removed Quinn hearing aids slowly, Quinn immediately covered his ears as everything was so loud. Mr. Ying asked him to move his hands and Quinn slowly obeyed.
His ears were bleeding now and the doctor could see that Quinn might have to use the hearing aids forever. He would also need to wear special glasses, at times lens could be place in the eyes to enhance vision, but Quinn's case was different. He had to wear glasses.
