"Dan Dan, is it really okay?" Jian Hui looked at Jian Dan with some disbelief.
He had been holding the fort here for months without much success.
"Are you doubting me?" Jian Dan tilted her head, unhappily looking at Jian Hui. "Brother, just be at ease, I promise I'll make her your sister-in-law." Jian Dan gave Jian Hui a reassuring look and patted him on the shoulder.
"Jian Jian, are you staying here?" Chu Liyuan approached and gently wrapped his arm around Jian Dan's waist.
"For my brother's happiness, how could I not?" Jian Dan looked at Chu Liyuan seriously. "But uncle, aren't you going back to work at the company tomorrow? No worries, I can handle it alone!"
"I don't think so!" Chu Liyuan said seriously.
"Uncle, I..." Just as Jian Dan thought the uncle disagreed with her staying, she was about to speak.
"How could I possibly leave you here alone? I'll stay with you!" Chu Liyuan's mouth curled into a warm smile.
