Chapter 1 Prologue Star Wars
Somewhere Long Long Time Ago, Far Far away Galaxy
"According to the famous multiverse theory- For every probability, there is a possible universe, for every flip of a coin, there may exist a universe. For every decision taken or not a new universe is made. It is said there is an infinite number of universes." And in one such universe, there was a boy named Anakin Skywalker, or Ani as his mother lovingly called him.
This saga is all about him, the life he lived, the hardships he faced, how a slave from the worst area of the universe changed the course of history it only took one stroke of luck.
Was it his destiny, his fate? We don't know. But his presence altered the universe for better or worse nothing can be said because the future is ever-changing but right now for the first time in the known history of the galaxy never have the people of the galaxy lived so peacefully neither did the government worked so better.
It was better than any previously known government, better than the old or new republic, better than the empire. Not even the so-called peacekeeper of the republic the Jedi can boast about such achievement. This is the golden era.
On to the story, enough of an old man's rambling:
36.8 BBY/42 BBK Age 5 years
It is not odd for children of different species to play together especially on Tatooine where most children are either slaves or orphans surviving on the streets after somehow escaping their home planets or from pirates.
But, it is odd for children of different ages to be together and be completely silent as if waiting for something to happen. These were the children Anakin have himself befriended and taught in his short but harsh life as a slave.
Not, all were of the same species they have two twi'leks a tan-colored named Pal Kwi'teksa and a white-colored Kin Wit'kes along with a male rodian called W. Wald and a human child named Kitster Banai his best friend. They all were slaves under Gradulla the Hutt until she lost them in gambling one by one except Kin.
Well, after meeting her first time he got a very pleasant feeling which he can't explain. It was only after he was first consciously able to access the force that he theorized she may be force sensitive.
Along with them is a male Saurin goes by name of Hak Kon Ki who is also a slave for a local drug dealer and acts as a delivery boy for death sticks and is a very good con artist even for his age.
He was recruited by Anakin just a year back when he tried to con a pirate but rather got himself in trouble. He helped Hak hide in Watto's junkyard and got to know his story. Since then he is working for Anakin along with his regular job.
He generally provides him with the information about new gamblers who arrive here along with keeping an eye on Hutt's minions and unusual things. He also sometimes provides him with few tech parts or informs him who can be swindled easily. This helps him keep Watto calm without indicating his true purpose for his absence if got caught.
Then there is Taung named Ordo. It surprised him to see an original Mandolarian species working in a cantina as a guard. He was the eldest among this group being 8 years of age yet he could probably defeat more than half of the adults in Mos Espa. He still remembered the day he met Ordo.
Flashback Starts

Anakin was stalking a small-time pirate who according to Hak was here to buy a pleasure slave from Gradulla the Hutt in return for a crate of the latest weapons and few rare droid parts which he had liberated from Czerka Corporation.
Although, he would not act on it as it was quite usual but according to the rumor he was a pedophile and a sadist. So, knowing his friend was in danger of being sold to such a disgusting being he had taken a self-imposed mission to liberate the pirate of his loot.
Right now, he was standing few tables away from the pirate who was currently losing a drinking contest to a Rodian male. Now you may think how no one questioned him for standing here well again it was common in such seedy places.
After a few minutes, the pirate made his way to the restroom sensing the opportunity Anakin made his way to the restroom he knew he has only one chance if he failed he will die nothing more nothing less.
Although Luke part of his mind wanted to run and leave the future on the chance, the Anakin part was stubborn and won't let him run. So, here he is hiding in plain sight, and with the experimental wrist-mounted weapon he had designed for self-defense, after carefully aiming he fired, thankfully as he expected in drunken state pirate only had a chance to turn just a bit before shock darts hit him and he knew no more. He searched the pirate for keys to his ship and also relieved him of his remaining credits, holonet console, and blaster pistol.
As he was hiding stunned pirate's form he was discovered by Ordo who was on his restroom break. Anakin knew he was caught so leaving all the pretense of hiding he just ran away and was promptly chased by Ordo.
After a kilometer or so tired Anakin tried to hide in an alleyway but was soon discovered. He knew he had to stall for a few minutes more before he could safely use his stun gun again. Hoping he could use his story to avail his pursuer's humanity or whatever the hell word was for them.
He requested Ordo to listen to him but instead, he kept on attacking Anakin. He threw quite powerful punches but was slower than Anakin. After few minutes of a game of punch and dodge his shocker was fully charged when the next punch arrived his way instead of dodging he fired the shocker he then left Ordo hidden in the shadows.
He then took off towards docking bay and met his friends Hak, Wald, and Kitster and liberated pirates of all the goods stored in it and snuck them to Watto's junkyard into a hole which was then covered by a good amount of junk items even for Watto.
He was thankful that Pirate's crew was not in the same cantina when he robbed him. He would have enjoyed the pirate's face when he realized everything he owned was gone and even his ship was sold and at a very lower price and any trail leading to the seller was gone cold as the seller had demanded hard credits that to in republican currency and used protocol droid for the whole transaction. It was so easy to sell things on the black market just like it was easy to buy from them than that had been on earth.
A few days later he was informed by Hak that the security guard he stunned wanted to meet him. Although he didn't want to meet the guard Hak convinced him to do so. Apparently, Hak knew the guy and was good friends with him.
After meeting with Ordo both of them apologized for what happened Ordo did because he was already informed by Hak that his friend was going to rob that pirate to protect his other friend and he actually forgot about it and nearly caused Anakin's plan to foil.
Anakin also apologized for using excess charge in shock darts in his excuse he didn't know how much Ordo species can handle.
Ordo also congratulated him for defeating a Mandlorian even if it was an untrained one and using a quite underhanded trick. This actually shocked Anakin to the core but next when Ordo said he was from the clan of the Mandalore the original, it nearly made Anakin faint. Since then they were quite good friends.
Flashback Ends.
Along with them were Shi and Shu twin Ranats whom he had been introduced to by his friend Kin. She had caught them when they were trying to steal food from Gradulla the Hutt's kitchen.
Rather than alerting the guards she had helped them to escape as well ask them to meet her a few days after where she introduced me to them and asked me if I could help them. It was so like her to be kind to everyone.
After, learning how they were ridiculed by their clan members for their different colors and food preference. They were strictly vegetarian and yes, I am not joking, and also informed me of how they lived under the surface, apparently they were quite good diggers.
I asked them to build a series of tunnels under Watto's junkyard whose one entrance was carefully hidden in the extreme back of the shop with all the junk about which even Watto doesn't care about and let me tell you he is quite frugal. The other entrance was in the alley near Slave Quarter Row. These tunnels led to different places and acted as their house as well as training areas, mechanic shop, storage area, meeting place, etc, for their little club.
All were here for only one thing to be free from their so-called masters and live a better life. This little club was formed by Anakin himself few months after he and his mother were acquired by Watto well that's what all other have known yet.
But the truth was he knew since the day he had the out-of-the-body experience he has to free his mother and himself before Jedi arrives on the planet.
A massive sand storm had started in Mos Espa sometime in the night and had raged well into the other night. So, they were confined in their house during that time which he was thankful for as he didn't think he would have survived Watto after his merging with Anakin not that he could walk after that.
Flashback Starts
It was November 2nd, 2035 Luke was working on his dream project at CERN Lab, yes the same lab where the famous Hardron collider was present, in fact, his Lab was just above one of the links of Collider. Also, he was among the younger group of the scientist being only 28 years old and having a Ph.D. in Neural Networks, Artificial Intelligence and a graduate degree in Electrical and Computer science but he was best known as nerd among his friend circle which was not quite large for his love of Star Wars.
This project would have revolutionized the way the Man/Brain Machine interface is known. He was working on transferring the human memories which were in brief a collection of different electrical impulses stored in neurons and synapses in the human brain to machines and vice versa.
The Transferring mechanism i.e. from machine to the human brain was already completed but a lot of improvement can be done. They have already used the machine to transfer data to a chimpanzee.
After that, he had used it on himself to learn about few other things the process was quite lengthy and exhausting. It had left him heaving and imbalanced for few minutes. Although, the rate of transfer and the synchronization process was improved it was still a long way to be successfully used on grown men without any side effects.
Experimenting on chimpanzees has proved it can be used on small children of age group 3 to 10 years successfully without any severe side effect as their mental capabilities have developed enough to handle a quite large amount of data but also malleable enough not to cause any permanent side effect.
The reverse of the mechanism already had been tested and it did work only for few minutes after that the storage device short-circuited.
The problem they had theorized was that without ears, eyes, the human part may have panicked and overloaded the circuitry.
So, they have developed a robot that can imitate human motion not completely but up to baser movements like walking, vision, hearing, talking, even signals for involuntary actions were distributed properly.
So, here he was the adrenaline junkie(his self-appointed title) or idiot as his colleagues generally called him for his childlike behavior during the test. Right now he was sitting on the chair and was connected to various medical devices to monitor his health and was not given any sedative so that he can indicate any pain he had but was strapped to a belt.
The whole process takes only a few hours to complete. It was quite an experience to live all your from start to present in the span of few hours.
Third POV
The process was quite a success and was on its last leg when suddenly the floor was blasted outwards the scientists standing over it were suddenly thrown to sides most of them dying immediately unlucky few were lying with broken body parts.
But our hero, he was in a catatonic state the machine had been hit by debris which damaged the control button. So the data rate was increased quite a bit. The process was nearly complete along with it Luke's vitals were dropping at a very fast pace.
A tear had opened below the floor just above the collider which was sucking everything in it. Maybe conspiracy theorists were right it was wrong to play god.
Thank god for small mercies the tear was growing smaller and smaller but before it was closed it sucked in Luke along with his robot.
37.1 BBY Tatooine
Same time a tear had opened in Mos Espa above Slaves Quarter Row spreading debris everywhere along with a blood-stained robot and a helmet which by luck, fate, or by the will of force landed near young Anakin's house which was promptly brought in by this young boy albeit with great difficulty.
The tear had closed after few seconds but it was enough to cause atmospherically imbalance thus causing a storm that lasted for a day. It was the worst one in the recorded history of Tatooine.
Anakin's POV
Now, many of you were wondering why he was awake well the answer is simple he was exploring his new house which Watto has provided after winning them from Gradulla the Hut. They have moved in just a few hours ago. His mother was currently sleeping peacefully after a very long time.
It was then he heard a loud noise coming from outside.
Being the curious boy he was he investigated it and found a partially painted red-colored (blood had clouted over it) droid along with a weird helmet just outside his house. He dragged the droid and helmet inside.
He was inspecting the droid when he saw it moving.
Luke's POV
His first sensation was cold extremely cold it was like someone had put him in freeze. It was then he remembered the accident in the lab and suddenly his eyes flew open. It was odd everything was much brighter than he remembered and much clearer.
Suddenly he saw something which should not be possible. It was a young boy of age 3 or 4 hovering near him saying something he could not understand.
He did not have much time to ponder because the rest of the sensations or knowledge lack of them flooded in which should not be possible. Most notable was he cannot hear himself breathe neither was his heart beating.
Realization dawned on him he was currently completely merged with the robot they have created but it was experimental and he can already sense few parts started to fail.
The basic instinct of any being is survival. The same happened with him overriding any sensibility or humanity he searched for a way to survive.
After not finding his body in his vicinity he found the next best thing the transferring helmet which was easy to reconfigure to send data to the brain rather than copying from it.
All this happened in a minute it may appear a long time to us but the speed with which a machine can process is much faster than we can do even though the human brain is much better.
Suddenly, he lounged towards Anakin and forcefully placed the helmet on him, and started the process of transferring which first prepared the human mind by forcefully pulling it to deep consciousness.
Luke-bot then carried Anakin to his bed and then hiding his body under Anakin's bed before starting the final step of transferring.
12 hours later
Luke woke up groaning from the pain. He tried to stand up and promptly fell. It took him an hour or so before he could try to stand up again. The feeling of nausea and dizziness didn't allow him to move. He knew from memories of the boy that his name was Anakin but he wasn't able to accept he was anyone other than Luke.
He was trying to understand where he was. From Anakin's memories, he was in some place called Mos Espa. It was quite a strange yet familiar name. He just can't point the finger at it and from the storm outside it was somewhere in the desert.
How he reached here only God knows? Don't even think for a second he was calm no he was far from calm, he was running like a headless chicken and muttering what could have possibly gone wrong.
It was until when his mother shouted "Anakin Skywalker, What had gotten into you? Why are behaving so strange? ..."
He had fainted after hearing that.
A few minutes later
"Uhhh… What a funny dream! Me being Anakin Skywalker ha the very notion of it is hilarious!" stated Luke while laughing.
Suddenly his door opened and his mother called out "Are you alright Ani? Feeling better?"
"Yes, mom. Don't worry; I am alright." was my reflex reply. I don't know why I said that but it felt right. Maybe more of Anakin's memories has merged with him. But when she scolded me
"Ohhh Ani how many times I have told you not to be reckless and drink plenty of water. Tatooine is not an easy planet to live on. You do remember I have only you. "
I felt even guiltier for putting Anakin in danger than already was.
But, it was clear I am officially in Star Wars. I am both the biggest hero and worst villain in the history of fiction movies.
Also, I am apparently a slave and magician if you count force.
Flashback ends
"Guys, this was the day we were waiting for. I have finally completed it" stated Anakin in a very happy tone.
Maybe this was the thing they all wanted to hear because all of them started shouting and jumping in joy.
