A little self-promo before the chapter.
If you are going to give power stones to this story, please give them to my new story, DxD: Symbiotic Devil, instead. It's new and would really benefit from the traction.
…
After coaxing Sona into forgiving him, Abaddon pampered her in the bath before they both went downstairs for breakfast.
"You're really easy to please, aren't you, Sona?" Rias teased her childhood friend after seeing how close the two were.
"I haven't forgiven him yet," Sona snorted. "I'm just taking advantage of the situation to get him to pay more attention to me." She suddenly turned to look at Abaddon and fluttered her eyes at him, "Will you feed me, Abaddon? I don't feel like eating by myself today."
Abaddon was a little stunned at Sona's uncharacteristic actions. Usually, the devil heiress was extremely reserved, never making any advances herself.
"Who are you, and what did you do to my Sona?" He joked instinctively.
"You don't like it when I take some initiative?" She responded seriously with a hint of grievance.
"I love it," Abaddon shook his head. "Just a little surprised, is all."
The two of them made their way to the dining table, where everyone else was already seated. Tsubaki had a relieved expression on her face when she looked at Sona interacting normally with Abaddon. She had thought that this would last longer, causing everyone some problems.
Abaddon took his seat at the head of the table while Sona was about to take her usual seat on his left — opposite Rias, who sat on his right — but he held her waist and pulled her close. She then found herself sitting on Abaddon's lap.
"I just asked you to feed me …" She blushed embarrassedly.
"You know, Sona," Rias teased. "It's usually the woman who is supposed to have the man wrapped around her finger."
"You say that like you don't melt like putty in Abaddon's arms," Sona retorted, momentarily losing her earlier embarrassment and boldly leaning against Abaddon's chest.
"Girls," Abaddon trailed off. "How about we all eat? Koneko, why don't you shift and take Sona's seat? You're the furthest away from me today."
"Meow …" Abaddon was distracted by Kuroka's prolonged whine. Anyone could tell that she was dissatisfied.
"She's saying that you promised to pay more attention to her," Koneko chimed in while approaching Abaddon. Though very faint, her usually flat voice held a sense of dissatisfaction. Unknowingly, she was already caring about her elder sister.
"I haven't forgotten my promise, kitty," Abaddon said with a light laugh as Koneko sat down beside Tsubaki. "Try to climb up on Koneko; I'll feed both you and Sona."
Kuroka meowed in dissatisfaction but crawled around to Abaddon's other side. She tried to gather her strength to jump up on Koneko, but it was impossible. The collar kept her physical body sealed to the point of an average human woman. She could barely keep herself standing on two legs before losing balance, let alone jumping up to Koneko.
"She looks like she's boiling inside," Sona commented after seeing the leather suit covering Kuroka's body from neck to toe.
"It's enchanted only to have the restraining effect. Even if she stays in that suit for a month, it won't negatively affect her. At least physically. The helplessness is real and very overpowering."
"Did you ask her beforehand?" She asked absently. "You have a habit of clarifying things after the fact."
"Of course, I told her what she was in for. She chose to stay in it for a week in exchange for two weeks of mildly extra freedom," Abaddon said.
After several attempts, the best Kuroka could do was to put her folded arms on Koneko's thigh and keep herself upright on her knees. She meowed helplessly to her sister.
"Should I help her up?" Koneko asked in amusement. Just because she was warming up to her sister, she was still vindictive.
"She's struggled enough," Abaddon nodded as a wave of magic wrapped around Kuroka's butt and raised her higher. She quickly moved forward and put herself across Koneko's lap.
"You're facing the wrong direction, dummy," Koneko said before picking Kuroka up and turning her around.
Kuroka put her elbows on Koneko's thigh to raise herself a little while meowing thankfully. A few seconds later, she meowed uncomfortably and put her elbows down.
"What's up with the corset?" Koneko asked, fiddling with one of the two padlocks that fastened the two belts of Kuroka's corset.
"It's there to make sure that she doesn't twist her torso around and damage her spine. Her body is weak enough to have to be concerned about those things."
"You weren't kidding about her being powerless, huh? What about the arms? Won't her muscles atrophy?" Koneko asked him while running her hand along the begrudging Kuroka's tails.
"That's not an issue. Every night, when she sleeps, the leather bodysuit uses Demonic Magic to massage her muscles. Her flexibility will reach a whole new stage at the end of the week."
"Is this another one of those things like with Xenovia, Abaddon?" Rias asked. "Are you getting rid of the traces of her previous master from her?"
Kuroka's playfully disgruntled meows abruptly stopped as she looked up at Abaddon with widened eyes.
"Of course. Her becoming my Rook is all but confirmed. The two rook pieces inside her will become clean enough to be bound to a newly born devil by the end of the session."
Before Kuroka could lash out at Abaddon about presuming her decision, Sona turned her body while still sitting on his thigh and poked his chest, "It's exactly these kinds of words, Abaddon," she looked at him pointedly, "that infuriate the people around you. Being crass is fine, but not to such an extent. I know that you have an empathetic side in you — sadly, it only comes out when you are at your most sadistic point."
"Master does read those situations exceptionally well, doesn't he?" Aika said with pride. "There are times that even you don't know what you want, but he delivers it most perfectly, leaving you breathless, aroused …" She trailed off with a blush on her face as her hand made its way into her panties.
"Aika," Abaddon said sharply. "What is the rule about masturbating at the dining table?"
"Only Master can pleasure us while we eat food," she instantly answered, straightening up and pulling her hand out of her underwear.
Kuroka meowed as Koneko translated, "My sister is calling you a hypocrite, Senpai."
"I see that you've warmed up to her. At least, you are referring to her as your sister without reluctance," Abaddon ignored it and changed the topic.
"Humph," she looked away as Kuroka meowed teasingly, only for Koneko to snort.
"Getting back on topic," Sona looked at Abaddon intensely. "You can't always be like this, Abaddon. It's insensitive and can hurt the other person's feelings."
"But you just look so cute when I bully you, my Sona. It makes me want to bully you all the time," He rubbed his nose on her neck, making her shiver.
"Listen to me … Abaddon," She spoke with some difficulty as he traced his tongue along her neck.
"I am," He nodded. "I hear you loud and clear, Sona. I won't promise to make an instant change, but I can gradually work toward it. In exchange, you can help me put on a show for our new housecat tonight. What do you say?"
"It always boils down to sex with you," Sona shook her head as a blush appeared on her face. She leaned closer to him and whispered, "What kind of show?"
"It's cute when you feign modesty like this," he laughed before clasping her ear between his lips.
"Breakfast is served," Akeno came in, only to see Sona squirming with a blush while she sat in Abaddon's lap. "Fufu, Sitri-sama," she used the respectful address solely to embarrass Sona even more, "you've already forgiven A-kun. I thought you would be more stubborn."
"Come on, Akeno-san," Tsubaki chimed in. "I was well aware that my King's resistance would instantly die in front of Abaddon-san. It was a futile endeavor to begin with."
"I-I haven't forgiven him. He's still on probation."
"Keep telling yourself that, Sona," Rias flipped her hair to the other side as Akeno and Asia both took their seats.
"A-kun, aren't you going to call Ophie-chan in?" Akeno asked.
He shrugged, "She's probably busy with something. You can just leave her be for now."
As they all ate, Abaddon kept switching between Sona and Kuroka, going so far as to have two sets of cutlery for both girls. As for him, considering the stakes where on one side he had his angry Sona and on the other he had Kuroka, whom he'd promised to pamper well, he was bound to go without eating anything for the duration of the breakfast. He didn't mind. After all, eating was more a mortal pleasure than a necessity for Devils like them.
Once he was done, everyone moved on to do their own things while he spent time with Kuroka, fulfilling his promise to pamper the housecat to the fullest.
