Was I a bit tired after all of today, and do I want to get some rest? Hell yes. But having Ganyu, Shenhe, and Xianyun as members of my Familia was worth far more than my continued tiredness as well as certainly getting an ass kicking.
"Jake... I understand you have a Falna, but you should know that Shenhe is extremely strong, durable and inhumanly fast." Ganyu warned me as we passed through the gate of Orario and moved towards a clearing away from the gate.
I gave an easy-going smile and I said firmly. "I will live this life without regrets. Should she win... I will step aside without complaint for Xianyun to take over as Familia Captain, she will remain the captain for a few weeks until I gain the strength to beat her and Shenhe at the same time!"
I wore an easygoing grin as I stretched my neck back and forth as I said simply. "Being the Captain of the familia isn't going to be easy either. She will have to devote more time to the dungeon and doing paperwork than just doing her enchanting and such as well."
Xianyun raised an eyebrow before she said with amusement. "Young man, if I can keep Shenhe in control. What makes you think you are stronger than me?"
I shrugged and admitted. "The fact that you don't have a falna? You easily could have some scary magic or even a magic sword hidden in your sleeves but I still have an answer to that."
Tension filled the clearing as the silent Shenhe opened her eyes, and she flicked her spear at high speed and made the ground under her send a wave of dust to the side with the force of the movement.
"Enough words Jake Bariss... Prove yourself to me." Shenhe said in a deadly whisper and my smile died as I saw how her eyes had turned from their previous calm if not intense multicolor to a dark red.
'She still has a form of madness enhancement huh... Well then I need-' I thought before Shenhe's form blurred as she stomped towards me at high speed at a speed sprinters in my past life would weep at.
I waved a hand at her and she instinctively dodged to the side as a large spike of Sodium grew up from the ground toward her in the moment as she dodged I took out my own weapons in the Swiftblade Wand, and the Stygian Blade.
And the moment Shenhe's gaze landed on the Stygian Blade, I saw how her eyes tightened with that murder in her eyes registering that weapon as a deadly threat to her.
Which made me a threat to her... And by extension, she was taking me far more seriously.
She stared at me for a long moment with her eyes sliding towards the pillar of pure sodium I summoned wordlessly to my weapons before she dashed forward again. Trying to close the last half a dozen meters we were apart with her coming in at my left where I was holding the Swiftblade Wand.
"Naive!" I yelled out as I flooded my mana through the Swiftblade Wand creating a field of a dozen ethereal flying swords that cut off Shenhe making her swipe at the swords that shot towards her at high speed but were also sandbagging as well as they were going in one direction and at a lower speed than their maximum.
But I wasn't going to pause the fight to so childishly say she couldn't block all of my spells and she should surrender or something. I came in with the Stygian Blade and with a loud crashing noise the sword met the metal pole near the blade of her spear.
I held in a wry smile as the Stygian Blade just cut through the metal pole with a bit of effort and Shenhe kicked the ground as she threw herself backward to dodge the slowed descent of my sword.
"Moth- Master you made Shenhe's spear, is an adventurer's sword so much better!?" Ganyu hissed seeing Shenhe inspecting her broken spear with her tossing the broken pole and just taking the top part with the blade as a knife in hand.
And as we circled one another with Shenhe considering where to come in from next. I could hear Xianyun say quietly. "No, he is still only level 1 as he said. An average adventurer's weapon even a level four's wouldn't be able to cut through Shenhe's spear with only a level 1's strength."
Shenhe carefully dashed in and she swung the 'knife' directly at my face making me backstep while backhand swinging my Stygian Blade at her with her slamming her blade into the flat of the sword and I saw her eyes take in the information coldly as she realized she could hit the flat of my divine blade safely.
But with a flex of my mana, she had slashed at high speed with several motions as her dagger shattered several flying sword constructs. While I came in with the Stygian Blade hoping to shatter her dagger that remained of her spear to end the fight with her being disarmed.
A loud crash rang out as my plan worked, she had to block the flying swords coming for her with the dagger, and in doing so I was able to lead her dagger into being in an open position with the Stygian Blade cutting through it's blade just a few inches above her own hand with the blade falling down into the dirt with a loud clinking noise.
But just as I winded back my swing of the sword I gagged as I fucking realized she meant for that to happen and she used my overextension to launch a brutal drop kick into my chest with her sharp heels hitting with all her strength.
'Fuck... There is a bruised rib at least.' I thought as I literally skidded back a couple of meters with myself coughing repeatedly as I couldn't catch my breath.
Shenhe's control over her body was... Scary to behold as she turned the drop kick into a back flip with her coming down to the ground in a sprinter stance and I saw the dust get kicked up as she dead sprinted at me as I tried to get my breath back.
I swung the Stygian Blade at her with her slid under the blade and I cried out in shock as she grabbed my leg I was putting weight on as I tried to turn to where she had slid on my side.
She pulled my feet out from under me with myself quickly twisting and rolling away as I slammed into the ground as Shenhe in a kneeling position punched where my head was previously and I could literally hear her fist hitting the ground with a loud thumping noise.
I came back up onto my back and went to get up but Shenhe slammed into me with her right fist clocking me upside the side of the head and her knee's digging into my chest as she tried to mount me.
Digging into my old memories from my previous life I whipped my head to the side to dodge any punch from Shenhe as she used her other hand to work to pin my shoulder down. But I grabbed her arm and with a flex of my core I threw her forward.
A soft impact of her very ample breasts hit my face but I couldn't exactly indulge in that as I screamed as a loud snap rang out as Shenhe gave up on my shoulder to pop the joint in my wrist as I had already dismissed the Stygian Blade when I got knocked the ground so I didn't cut myself or her in half on accident.
"Do you submit?" Shenhe demanded as she got me even further in a hold as she wrapped her legs around my back and I snarled at the pain I was feeling in answer.
And then Shenhe screamed as I punched her in the side with my free hand hard three times in a row and also bit her right on the titty she smothering me with.
We rolled away from one another and I held my twisted wrist to my chest as I could already see it turning a dark red that was going to turn blue if not purple soon.
While Shenhe was coughing as I punched her really hard in the side over the liver with her looking at me with gleaming red eyes.
I hissed as I flexed my fucked up hand and I said through a bit of swollen lips as she had actually did a wrestling punch earlier and dragged her arm and elbow across my face when she clocked me upside the head.
"You done? As I still have my weapons and magic." I said and then spat a bit of blood to the side.
Shenhe gave me a long look until she saw me summon the Stygian Blade back into my good hand and there was a long moment of silence.
"You win... You were better prepared for this fight, and I can't win unless you just don't use weapons which would be foolish." Shenhe said with a heavy exhale as she held her side where I punched her and I sagged in place slightly at hearing the surrender.
'Fucking hell, some mild cranial trauma, a thoroughly fucked up wrist, possibly a twisted ankle from where she pulled my feet out from under me. I got fucked up quickly.' I thought as I tottered in place before I walked over to the bag I had left on the ground.
I pulled out a lesser healing potion knowing these wounds deserved to heal over time and I would be fine tomorrow especially if I got healed by Filia. "Shenhe you want a potion?" I asked thickly as I held out a slightly glowing pink potion to her.
She blinked and walked over to take the glass flask filled with the healing potion and she asked calmly. "You would so easily over my a potion after I hurt you in this test?"
I shrugged and spat out a bit more blood from a torn bit of inner cheek before I downed my own potion and made sure to swig it around my mouth and get it on my lips to help heal those wounds especially.
"We were fighting one another to find out who was stronger... The whole point of a fight is to hurt the other even if we were doing it for the express purpose of finding out who was stronger or more skilled."
Shenhe was quiet for a moment as she downed her potion and afterward, she stated bluntly. "You aren't that skilled with either your sword or that magic wand dagger."
I threw her a dull look and said flatly. "Yeah, the only real experience I have in combat is some lesser martial arts lessons, swinging a stick at my siblings and cousins to practice swordplay, and the combat I have had in the dungeon today."
Ganyu giggled with Xianyun face palming with Ganyu's giggles letting out as she gave Shenhe a teasing look. "Wow Shenhe, you trained for years only to lose to a novice who just had a scary sword."
"I truly did." Shenhe admitted taking a deep breath as her gleaming red eyes faded away with her taking a slow deep breath as she rubbed her side. "If his sword didn't cut through the shaft of my spear, I would have slammed the shaft into his hand with the blade cutting into his wrist if he pulled back."
My lips twitched at that point and thinking back to when our weapons actually met back then... Yeah, I could see that happen as the blade 'should' have bounced off the shaft/rod of the spear and with that. She would have just brought the spear onto my hands/wrist to quickly take me out of the fight.
I took a deep breath before I looked at Ganyu and Xianyun. "Any other tests before joining my familia? Or can we go and get some healing from my Familia's healer?" I asked with a bit of sarcasm as I was in a good bit of pain.
And Xianyun seeing I was obviously in a bit of pain gave a nod and said easily. "Alright Jake, you lead on. And how about I help carry your bag for you?"
I shook my head dismissing the Stygian Blade back into my gatcha system's inventory making the three women blink at how it just... Disappeared.
Taking on my backpack with a grunt of effort I held in a wince at how my fucked up wrist screamed at me for putting weight on it for pulling the backpack straps on correctly.
With that, I moved with Shenhe walking beside me without a word as we all headed back into Orario with the guards giving us knowing looks at seeing Shenhe and my own disheveled appearance.
Once we were well into Orario with foot traffic filling up with the people getting ready to close up and go to sleep for the day. Xianyun asked curiously. "So young man, you told us how Tiamat is the goddess of motherhood, life, and the sea. But what is she like personally?"
I gave a wide smile and as the crowd thinned for me to speak more openly and easily I began speaking. "Tiamat is a very kind and... Loving goddess you can say. She will happily accept you three without any issue, but be ready for her to be very affectionate towards you all."
The three shared a look before Ganyu gave a small smile and said knowingly. "Much better for an overly kind and caring goddess than a perverted divine that would try to molest us while giving us our falna."
And I nodded with a weak smile as I said with wryly. "Sadly those divines can be found easily whenever you gather five divines."
We stopped talking as we entered the inn and restaurant district and thus were kinda swamped with people around us. But finally, we did make to the inn, Tiamat and I were renting.
Once we entered the inn and came up to the second floor, I gave a wry smile as I realized the two rooms I had for Tiamat, me and Filia may not be enough... And we are very much still on a crunch when it came to funds.
I knocked on the door we had rented out and Tiamat's gentle voice trilled out. "Come on in!"
Opening the door I came in to see Tiamat was gently brushing Filia's hair who had changed out of her almost religious outfit into a thin nightgown. "Ah Jake I see... I see you got into a fight dear are you both alright?" She asked with concern in her pink X-shaped pupils which tightened at the sight of me and Shenhe.
Then her eyes roamed over Ganyu and Xianyun's forms with her speaking again as I tried to pat some dust of myself. "Did my captain manage to convince you ladies to join the Familia? Or are you three merely his friends he wanted to introduce?" Tiamat spoke kindly as she gave Filia a squeeze on the shoulder.
Filia getting the signal got up with her motion making me realize that she most certainly wasn't wearing a bra under that sleeping dress but I looked up as the shorter blond beauty ran up to Shenhe and myself.
Xianyun then coughed and spoke up firmly but respectfully. "You are correct Lady Tiamat, your Familia captain Jake here convinced us to join and even defeated my daught- Shenhe here. Even if they both came out a bit battered for the trial." She finished with a bit of scolding.
Meanwhile, Fila was making noises of concern as she inspected my now heavily bruised wrist with her taking a breath as she started chanting quickly while holding both her hands towards me.
[Oh holy light, purge the people of maladies, purge them of sickness and injuries! Holy Heal!] She chanted twice in a row with flares of golden light shooting from her form and covering my own.
I raised an eyebrow as the bruises in my wrist had faded a good bit and then she came over to Shenhe and asked carefully. "Excuse me, where are you injured miss?"
To which Shenhe held over her side and said simply. "I got some deep bruising and a rib has some hairline damages."
I gave a wry smile at that while Tiamat got the story about how I convinced Shenhe and the others to join the familia. With her sighing and looking at me with exasperation. "Darling we are an exploration Familia yes. But we can't only be recruiting from who you find in violent scenarios!"
"Ahem, be as it may. Me and my disciples would be honored to walk the path of your Familia and help build it into a flourishing family." Xianyun spoke with great poise as she tried to move things back on topic even as Filia worked to heal Shenhe.
Tiamat simply smiled and then after a moment she looked directly at Xianyun and said. "I will happily accept you three into my Familia, however I do have one question for you three."
The three shared a look before Ganyu spoke respectfully. "Lady Tiamat please just ask us."
And Tiamat took a breath before asking bluntly. "Xianyun, I heard you stutter over calling them your disciples instead of wanting to call them your daughters. My goal in coming to the mortal world was to open up an orphanage, would you be willing to aid me in this?"
"I- I wouldn't have any issue with aiding in such an endeavor," Xianyun spoke after a moment of thought with her seemingly giving it alot of thought as she threw Ganyu and Shenhe a glance at the same time.
Tiamat gave a small smile with her giving Ganyu and Shenhe soft looks before she smiled wider and said gently. "I understand, Ganyu and Shenhe aren't so interested in such an idea and that's fine. Either way Jake, please give me and the ladies some girl time. I need to give them their falna's so take Filia with you as well."
Knowing all too well that getting those girls out of their body gloves was going to take a minute and be rather invasive I nodded and opened the door for Filia while I said. "I will be just outside if you need me Tiamat."
And I closed the door with a sigh escaping me as I leaned against the hallway wall on the other side of the door with Filia gently whispering. "Are you alright Jake? You got pretty hurt out there. Even worse than when you were in the dungeon earlier."
I smiled wryly and said weakly. "That silver-haired girl is a very strong fighter... She almost defeated me, would have defeated me if I didn't have a much better sword than her spear." I admitted at the end with an exhale leaving me.
Filia patted my arm with her saying quietly. "Uhm Jake, while me and Tiamat were talking she told me about your skill. After she said she was going to share my falna with you as her captain."
I paused there for a long moment... I really paused there as I hoped she spilled the beans about my roguelite system. But telling by the clear flush entering Filia's cheeks I knew all too well she meant the titty milk power I had.
Seeing someone come up from downstairs I pushed open Filia's rented room next to Tiamat's room and I said quietly. "Let's talk about this elsewhere."
Filia paused before she flushed deeper with her pinching her dress and coming into the room.
"So... What exactly did Tiamat tell you?" I asked with a sigh and a slight blush entering my own cheeks as this was obviously a bit embarrassing.
Then I paused as I realized Tiamat was maybe fucking telling those other three right now as well!
"Calm down Jake! Tiamat told me because... I offered to do some supporter work in extracting the monster stones, and well. She thought I could help you in this form." Filia spoke with a deep flush crossing her face.
I took a deep breath and I said quietly. "Look, I certainly appreciate it. But you don't need to force yourself to do such a thing. As we just met today."
Filia at the reminder of us literally just meeting today flushed even deeper with her squeaking and covering her chest making me chuckle at the sight. "Alright, Filia... Like I said, I appreciate it, but don't let the whims of my lewd goddess steer you to something you aren't ready for."
She quietly nodded and I took a breath and exhaled before shaking my head and saying. "You get some sleep Filia. We are going to get stuck in hard in the dungeon tomorrow after I speak with my advisor at the Guild."
"Ok, I- I will get some sleep early!" Filia said with a bit of force making me chuckle again at how gung-ho she sounded.
With that, I left the room Filia had rented and went back to leaning on the hallway wall so I could wait for Tiamat to finish giving the three women their falna.

A few minutes later the door opened up and the three ladies filed out with them giving me nods and it seemed that Tiamat hadn't told them as Xianyun gave me a kind smile and said easily. "Jake, I wish you a good night. We will be turning in for tonight as we are still weary from our travel to Orario."
I nodded and said clearly. "I wish you three a good rest then. However, I will be heading into the dungeon early after I meet with my Guild advisor. I suggest you three get any supplies you will for the dungeon in the morning... And Shenhe needs a new weapon." I finished with a weak smile at the reminder of how I owed Shenhe a new spear.
The three ladies shared a look before Ganyu gave a nod and said with a small smile. "I will join you and Filia in the dungeon tomorrow morning then. Then when lunch rolls around we can pick up Shenhe and Master after they finish getting Shenhe a new weapon."
That was a pretty good game plan so I said with a small clap of the hands. "Good! I will see you ladies in the morning then. I need to speak with Tiamat about updating my falna so please excuse me then."
I headed into Tiamat's and my assumedly my room with my gaze falling on the goddess making a soft humming noise under her breath as she threw several papers into a small fireplace she had lit up. "Those are their falna's right?" I asked quietly.
Tiamat's humming stopped with her standing up with a small smile and she looked at me with that smile as she answered. "That they are. Nothing too outlandish however like your skills though."
I took a breath and brushed my hand across my face and I walked over to Tiamat and sat down next to her on the bed before I spoke quietly. "Why did you tell Filia about that skill Tiamat. Not only is sharing knowledge of people's skills bad, but it is... A kinda embarrassing skill you know?"
Tiamat just giggled and poked my chest as she said easily. "She wanted to help the Familia, and a good hug and you sucking on her breasts a bit to make you stronger is well worth you both possibly surviving a bad situation."
When she put it that way... I didn't exactly have anything to say about it but Tiamat shrugged and said with some thought. "That's just the way I look at it, however. I am also aware that my mindset is different from Filia and yours."
I nodded as that was very true and I took a deep breath before saying. "Alright, just... Please let me be the one to share my skill. I don't want Shenhe, Ganyu, and Xianyun to think I only brought them into the familia for that reason."
There was a pause before Tiamat looked at me with her big pink X-shaped pupils and she asked in innocent confusion. "So you didn't get the idea of having them join the familia to start with because of their large breasts?"
I just stared at Tiamat for a long moment as I opened my mouth and then I paused as I realized that their mega milkers did in fact play a part in my initial desire for them to join the familia just as any man would hope for in that case.
As I couldn't just say. 'Oh no? I totally wanted them in the familia because they look, act, and have the same personality as women I adored that belong in an entirely different universe.'
Seeing my mental realization Tiamat just patted my knee bringing me back to reality with her saying gently.
"It's good that you realize this Jake. You need to be honest with yourself. Now! Let's see how you did in the dungeon and elsewhere today with an update!" Tiamat said with some excitement.
So I quickly shifted around on the bed and threw off my shirt with Tiamat giving soft clucking noises at seeing the bruises covering my form after the fight with Shenhe.
"You are going to need to reign that girl in... She is either going to flourish in the dungeon, go mad, or just die when she gets overwhelmed." Tiamat muttered before adding on thoughtfully.
"Jake, what's your opinion on after you both hit level 2. You impregnate her, I am sure her hormones would get rebalanced with such an event." Tiamat asked conversationally reminding me of how she was the goddess of motherhood.
"I think... That she would do worse then break my wrist a little if I did that if her hormones went further out of control." I grunted out as I felt her divine ichor land on my back opening up my Falna.

"Hmm, this is some good growth for your first day Jake. Very good in fact." Tiamat said with proud happiness as she watched my expression after handing me the paper.
I nodded as it truly was some good growth with Tiamat leaning on my side as she rested her head on my shoulder. "I am tired though... I am not a goddess who loves to do so much walking." Tiamat whined pitifully making me chuckle as I just wrapped an arm around my goddess's side.
"You ready to turn in Tiamat? I got an early day to start with tomorrow?" I asked gently.
And Tiamat gave a soft hum of agreement with her getting giving me a slight push to lay down as she literally had to lay down face first due to her large horns she had.
