After Primo's conversation with that man with a mole near his eye, everything after that was a blur. He didn't even know how he got back in the ward, nor could he remember anything that came after that. Even the days after that were a blur to him.
All he could think of were the words the man spewed.

Those words would replay in his mind like a broken record. But instead of throwing him into a series of aggressive feats, it only left Primo staring at the nothingness. After thinking about those warnings against his will, he realized that the man came to see him to make sure Primo wouldn't have any silly idea of getting better.
