Also, this world can be considered an AU. I tried to add it to the tag but I couldn't find it so I have just mentioned it in the synopsis.

After finishing cooking and eating the food both of them were currently washing the dishes while talking to each other.
"So what is your plan after this Shizu," Ryuu asked as he was washing the dishes.
"Well initially I planned to go to the dungeons but it has been canceled for obvious reasons. Perhaps I will visit my friend and say sorry to her and then continue teaching the kids." Shizu said as she stopped washing the dish and looked at the sky.
"So you are planning to retire from adventuring?" Ryuu asked about her intention.
"Well officially anyway, I will still continue to train. After all, you have given me such a good opportunity to grow my strength." Shizu said as she looked at Ryuu and gave him a smile.
"Hmm, I see" Ryuu replied back and continued to wash the dishes.
There was a silence in the environment but it wasn't an awkward silence but a comfortable one. Both of them were enjoying each other's presence and enjoying time with each other.
After cleaning the dishes they sat on tree branches and continued to tell the story about the time when they were separated.
They laughed at the good times of each other and were saddened when hearing the bad things that happened to them.
All in all both of them had a good time together, Shizu especially laughed when remembering Ryuu's new title.
Just with them sharing stories with each other and talking the day had become night without them even realizing it.
Realizing this both of them stood up and smiled at each other, Ryuu took out the cooking utensils and food and both of them started to cook food.
After enjoying their food and washing all the dishes they made their tents and got ready for bed.
"Good night Shizu," Ryuu said.
"Good night to you too, Ryuu." Replied Shizu.
Both of them entered their tent and reminisced about their dream, finally after a while both of them fell asleep.
But while this was happening a certain True Sage was looking at all of it with jealousy.
[My time will also come.] She muttered and remained silent.
...
Morning came and currently Shizu and Ryuu were having a sparring match. Ryuu proposed this as he wanted Shizu to get used to her new strength. Even though in terms of pure strength he was outmatched he was easily able to fight Shizu.
Their spar lasted for a while as Ryuu wanted Shizu to have practice but it still ended with Ryuu's victory. This can be quite a good testament to Ryuu's strength and skill level after all the last time he met Shizu he lost but today even with her increased strength he won the match.
"You have grown a lot," Shizu said as she drank some water. She was very proud of Ryuu after all he was able to reach such a great height in such a short time.
"Thank you for your praise Shizu," Ryuu replied giving her a smile. When given a compliment he takes it without beating around a bush after all there is no need to do that.
"So you are going to leave today?" Ryuu asked.
"Yes after all I have lots of things to do and lots of people to meet," Shizu replied though there was a hint of sadness in her voice. Ryuu also noticed that but didn't say anything after all he was also quite sad to part ways with Shizu.
"Hmmm" Shizu hummed as she looked at Ryuu's face. As if thinking of a good idea Shziu approached Ryuu. Ryuu didn't move from his place as he wanted to see what Shizu wanted to do.
"You know Ryuu you are currently known as a hero. It must be hard, so...." Shizu said.
"This will be more useful to use than to me."
She said as she put the mask on Ryuu's face and as it was placed there it changed its size a little to accommodate Ryuu's face.
"Thank You." Ryuu though surprised at first replied as he took off the mask.
"Don't mention it" Shizu replied and gave Ryuu a beautiful smile. Ryuu smiled back at her and then looked at the mask.
It was quite simple actually a white mask with red runic designs throughout it, nothing special but still beautiful. The inside was pure white in color but there was a small gap near the top of the mask where there seemed to be something missing.
It looked like a placeholder for a small gem or ruby, Ryuu was quite confused but he kept it at the back of his thoughts.
"So Ryuu Let's meet again soon," Shizu said hurriedly and started to walk in the opposite direction of Dwargon.
"Sto...." Suprised by her sudden decision Ryuu wanted to stop her but closed his mouth.
"Yes see you soon," Ryuu replied and gave her a gentle smile.
Shize as if feeling his smile she turned her head back and gave him a smile, after which she disappeared into the forest.

Shizu Pov
As I entered the forest and disappeared from Ryuu's view I ran and continued to run. All though the decision to leave so soon wasn't what I wished for, if I had stayed any longer with Ryuu I knew that I wouldn't be able to leave or control myself.
I know he likes traveling and adventuring a lot so I don't want to hinder it for him. After all, he is just seventeen this year and I want him to experience more before I confess to him.
'I am so stupid' Shizu thought to herself as she exited the forest.
She had ran at full speed so in a matter of minutes she had exited the once big forest. Looking back at the forest she remembered Ryuu's almost trying to stop her.
If he continued with his words she would have stopped which she is certain of.
"Next time we meet no matter what happens I will confess my love for you." Shizu declared as she looked in the direction of where Ryuu would be.
As she did so her face turned a little red and she disappeared from that place.
(A/N:I understand if you are not happy with me stretching out the romance but I want to mainly focus on the story for now. Also, I want to create a harem that isn't created for any brainless reason. Well I want to try doing that at least. So anyway goodbye for now and see you in the next chapter.)
