There was a heavy silence as Gu Yuena, Bibbi Dong, and Qian Renxue looked between all four of us. And Gu Yuena raised an eyebrow before asking bluntly. "Are these two also members of your harem?"
The clearing became quiet as both Bibbi Dong and Qian Renxue looked both offended, but Bibbi Dong, despite her pride,e wasn't stupid. She could feel the unrivaled power being casually put out by Gu Yuena the Silver Dragon King.
After a moment of silence, I cleared my throat and said shamelessly. "Yup! So did you find the Poison Oasis?" I asked the pressing question.
Gu Yuena looked away from the Title Doulou and her daughter and towards me. "Yes, I did find it and it was quite annoying trying to create a spatial door past the miles of deadly toxic fog that surrounds it."
I nodded saying. "Yeah that makes sense. Alright... So you want to take us there. I am honestly rather ready to leave this universe in the next week if possible."
Gu Yuena face pinched at my words but she shook her head and said rather plainly. "Absorbing the Golden Dragon King's essence will take you much longer then a week. But it can be done over time, back in your home then. In any case..." She drew off with a slight frown as she looked back to Bibbi Dong.
"Are you going to stab Jake in the back? I can tell you have dual spider Martial Spirits... Or you are already a god with a spider domain and I will not let Jake die until he has done a large variety of things for me." Gu Yuena spoke rather rudely.
And I couldn't help but long for the 'easy' girls of DXD which were not only used to harems but all but accepting of it even if they grumbled about it a bit at times. No, these girls from this universe were rather plainly hostile to one another.
Though to be fair, Bibbi Dong and Qian Renxue had very... Harrowing history between one another.
I could feel Bibbi Dong's spiritual energy stirring and honestly, I had no idea who would win in a fight right now. Gu Yuena's max power was limited both by the world itself, and her elemental power/domain would be torn apart by the Asura slaughter law's that Bibbi Dong cultivated,
So I cut off any bullshit from the source as I flared my mana and spiritual energy in a wave before I said firmly. "Enough! Gu Yuena, Bibbi Dong is not my enemy, nor is Qian Renxue there."
With all three ladies focused on me, I took a breath for all three ladies to match my wavelength before I continued in a more calm tone. "Now... Gu Yuena, please open a portal to the holy land, and then I will take you to the Golden Dragon king after I loot the holy land of it's natural treasures."
There was a pause before Bibbi Dong spoke quietly. "Jake..." She paused and then took a deep breath and spoke again. "My daughter and I have much to speak of... In one week, me and her will be here for the rest of the day and into the night."
There was a weight in her eye's before she finished quietly. "Come for us please."
Then she turned around to her blond daughter and spoke. "Qian Renxue, come with me. We have much to do if we are going to basically ascend to a new world where the laws won't restrict us."
Qian Renxue stilled before she looked at me and I nodded in agreement that it was a good idea for her to do so. And she just took a deep breath before giving me a tilt of the head in acceptance.
All the while Gu Yuena had already opened a swirling portal of spatial energy and after a moment of thought in using my own talents in the manipulation of spatial energy, I knew the portal was stable so I headed through without fear or hesitation.
The spatial portal was as I knew stable, so it was only a matter of stepping through the portal to come through out of the other end.
Coming out of the portal, I was hit with a heavy weight of almost smotheringly thick spirtual energy in the air and overwhelming color filling my vision as I took in the hundreds of natural treasure herbs and such that filled my vision.
"For a couple of day's I almost thought you were lying to me about this place. And I even considered hiding this place due to that pool. But your previous points about the Golden Dragon King and the omnipresent weight of the laws against Spirit Beasts dissuaded me." Gu Yuena said casually.
That pool she spoke of, was the Yin-Yang Pool, which was a swirling pool of molten yang lava like liquid and freezing celestial water that provided the 'dao charm' and excessive spiritual energy within the air.
"Ehh, there is no benefit for you to keep this to yourself. After all, if you come with me to my own universe, what you are just going to leave this behind to remain in stasis for countless more millennia?" I said in amusement.
I didn't take Gu Yuena's previous words seriously, as I knew she was mostly just joking.
But regardless, I couldn't help a sigh as I took in the countless natural treasures that, if consumed by a single person over the course of a few years. Would easily propel them up to the rank of a god with the amount of spiritual energy present in so many treasures.
"Alright, I gotta get to work clearing this treasure land out," I spoke cracking my neck before Gu Yuena snorted at seeing me take out a metal trowel.
And then drop several dozen large clay jar's where the natural treasures would be replanted before they were locked in the stasis of my spatial storage onto the ground.
"You plan to take this entire place with you basically?" Gu Yuena spoke in a bit of sadness, and I shrugged as I said honestly.
"When I take the Yin-Yang Pool, this place itself will dissapear as all the overwhelming spirit energy fades. If I don't take all these natural treasures, they will just die after I move the Yin-Yang pool in the end."
Gu Yuena nodded satisfied to my explanation and just leaned against a large tree with her silver hair trailing down her form and to her knees as she watched me work carefully in collecting the natural treasures.
Then after an hour of work she finally broke the calm silence. "So, tell me of the world you come from. I wish to hear of it."
I blinked at that, then I shrugged and began speaking. "The universe, I am from is named DXD, Dragon of Dragons. The pinacle beings of the universe are the Dragon God's of the Dream and the Infinity. Besides them, there are alot of gods, and sub-demensions that gods have created that connect to the planet."
And so I continued explaining what living in the DXD world was like, how she was assuredly well in Ultimate Class of power if not in lower Satan class of power with her overwhelming size and power along with her mastery of elemental power.
"Hmm, but I am not truly at the peak of power in that world then. What seperates the most powerful to the merely very powerful in that world?" Gu Yuena asked.
Taking a breath I said firmly. "Authority, similiar to the Law's and Domains in this universe an Authority is something intrinsince to a truly powerful person. Like the leader of the Satan/Devil faction I am attached to. Has the ability to literally become a storm of conceptual Destruction."
I shook my head as I said with some amusement. "He is a good man even if he has to focus on his factions affairs. But he could destroy this world with a couple hours of effort max, if he wanted."
Gu Yuena was silent for a moment before she stalked over and with her hands morphing slightly into draconic claws at the tip's she began helping me. By carefully digging out the heaven and earth treasures.
"Dragon God of Dream and Infinity... How does their power manifest?" She asked with a hint of longing in her voice as she obviously was infatuated at the thought of such a being.
And I could feel Tian Meng, Xue Nu, Bi Ji, and Bing'er were also listening to my words as even though they had gone through my memories a bit. They hadn't gotten too in-depth about the DXD universe.
"DXD, The Dream, or Great Red manifests his power by using the power of imagination to just erase you... You think you are so strong, that you can even fight him? Yeah he just imagines you gone and there you go... Fucking poof you never existed." I said flatly with Gu Yuena's face turning flat at my words.
But there was a reason that God/Yaweh, never tried to stick Great Red or Ophis into his pokeball Sacred Gear's. Sure as hell wasn't that he didn't want to. But just sealing away Trihexia who was weaker then Ophis and Great Red all but broke his soul after using so many forbidden seals.
"Ophis herself is more... Simple you could say, and I say she, because right now she is taking on a female form. But she has used male ones before. Either way, her manifestation of Infinity is having and outputting literal infinite spiritual energy/magic or whatever she wants."
I shrugged and then added. "Sometimes she does other stuff like making small fractions of her authority to make people much stronger that follow her. But both of the dragon god's are rather reclusive."
With that, Gu Yuena and I continued working with our topics becoming more relaxed, with her being rather interested in the elemental magic present in DXD, along with the magic I myself had picked up.
As she being the Silver Dragon King had inherited the Dragon God King's mastery of all forms of the elements including things like space and time to a somewhat lesser level.
In this more casual series of exchanges I got to know Gu Yuena better on a more personal level, and although I knew she most certainly was a thorny... Haughty dragoness, that didn't change the fact that I was willing to give things a try.
"Those two human women want you to be back in a week, we should probably deal with the Golden Dragon King today, as should you absorb his Spirit Ring. It will likely leave you wiped out for a few days." Gu Yuena spoke and I nodded in agreement.
"Fair enough... Are you still set on having the next Dragon God with me though? Seems a bit much don'tcha think?" I asked with a wry smile.
Gu Yuena's calm expression stilled with a small flush entering her pale cheeks and she muttered. "I accepted that becoming the Dragon King God would result in me losing my identity and basically dying... But I still want to bring the Dragon King back to life in one way or another."
I shook my head and stretched slightly as I stood up and conjured up some water magic to wash off my hands. "In either case, if you have me as the father I will be taking part in raising said child as my own." I said firmly.
I was a harem protagonist... Except I actually got laid, and I was well aware that in getting laid I was drawing the ultimate gacha of impregnating said women I was sleeping with. And being a harem protagonist, I was also aware that although my relationships weren't the strongest with those women.
I still was going to do right by any kids I had... I was especially looking forward to my own child with Yasaka. I had a feeling that they were going to be a little terror.
"Alright... So, to make this simple. This is what is going to happen when we reach the Golden Dragon King." I took a deep breath and then continued.
"Using my authority of conceptual Death, I will assassinate him before he can wake up from his coma that is the result of him digesting the past dead Dragon Kings' bodies and souls he has eaten. And then when his spirit ring comes out, I will also kill his consciousness so don't panic when you see me messing with the spirit ring."
Tian Meng's voice then made my face twitch as he teased me. "Man, no mercy at all for the Golden Dragon King. Is it because he isn't a muscular woman or something?"
And then I felt Bing'er and Xue Nu grab the little shit's soul and pull him back behind the 'privacy curtain' as Gu Yuena unaware of what Tian Meng said to me responded with some introspection. "How confident are you that this will work?"
"If the Golden Dragon King has a concept of death in his being. I can kill him with a single blow." I said bluntly.
Unless my opponent had sealed away the possibility of death or had lost the concept altogether. I could otherwise kill anyone easily regardless of how strong they are.
And Gu Yuena raised an eyebrow before she spoke quietly but firmly. "Then... Are you ready to go?"
In answer I summoned my Death Scythe martial soul and pulling at my memory of the Dragon King Graveyard. I swung my martial soul to create a portal. "Yes, I am ready."
When I said I was ready, I meant a lot more than just going to the graveyard after all. I was ready to leave this universe after I finished cleaning up this treasure trove, and after I picked up my girls.
I gained so much from this trip and now I really needed to settle down back in DXD for a couple of months to digest it. And make my faction a reality... Also, I couldn't wait to see the other faction's reactions to me coming out swinging with several completely new Ultimate class beings!
