After facing Ryueki's other personality, both Miku and Yuuka were left shaken after learning the truth about why they fallen in love with Ryueki in the first place.

As everyone were flying back to Shimotsuki riding on Dagon and Ryugon.
Atsuo, Kotori, Natsuki, Itsuki and Keiko had grown worried about them.
Miku: So this whole time... We were under a spell...
Yuuka: That disgusting voice in my head, it was because my feelings were being messed with...
The two couldn't believe that they were under a spell and when they had a horrible thought.
Yuuka: I see... We really are Kaneki's biggest weaknesses.
Keiko: Hold on! Don't say tha—
Keiko tried to tell them that they weren't Kaneki's weakness, but Miku was not having.
Miku: WHAT?! IS IT NOT TRUE?! ALL THOSE TIMES SOME BAD HAPPENED TO US ONII-CHAN WOULD SUFFER!
Keiko: !!!
Miku: AND! And... Onii-chan would sacrifice himself for our sakes without a second thought sniffle~ even when it hurts him as well...
Knowing how hurt he was during the times when he protected them, not just during their time in highschool but all of the times he had done all their lives.
Miku was starting to blame herself for Kaneki's suffering.
Miku: If only we were stronger... Maybe we wouldn't have been used against Onii-chan...
Yuuka: Agreed.
Yuuka coldly agreed to Miku's feelings... As she felt the same way.

And although Natsuki wanted to give them words that could probably cheer the two up, Natsuki could only say—
Natsuki: You two can get stronger to protect Kaneki.
Miku & Yuuka: W-What?
Natsuki: That's all I can say... Sorry I can't say anything more helpful.
And even with her words, both Miku and Yuuka's sad expression on their faces didn't disappeared but had eased a little.

After flying what felt like forever, eveyone had returned to the Higanbana house.
Miku: Thanks for letting us ride you two.
Dagon: Your welcome kid.

After everyone had got off Dagon and Ryugon, the two dragons returned to their tiny size.
And they all proceeded to go inside the house.
Aiya: Welcome back—
They were greeted by Aiya who immediately noticed Miku and Yuuka's gloomy mood.
Aiya: What happened?
Miku: Well...
Kotori: Papa will tell you, Aiya-Mama.
Atsuo: I will... You kids can go up to Kaneki's room.
Kotori: Nod~ Let's go.
Kotori, Miku, Yuuka, Natsuki, Itsuki and Keiko then went to Kaneki's room, leaving Atsuo with Aiya.
Atsuo: This is going to be a lot to take in, so listen carefully okay dear?
Aiya: W-Why? Did you all get something out of him?

Atsuo then started telling Aiya everything.

Shino, Sachi & Chikao: Welcome back.
Upon entering Kaneki's room, everyone was greeted by Shino, Sachi and Chikao and immediately grew concerned after seeing Miku and Yuuka.
Sachi: D-Did something bad happened?
Chikao: Yeah, why are the two of you looking like that?

A few minutes later~
Natsuki and Kotori told what had happened in their Interrogation.
The way Ryueki's other personality gained control, him destroying half of Kaneki's soul and as well as the spell that Shino, Yuuka and Miku were put in and why they were out under a spell.
Sachi & Chikao: No way...
Both Sachi and Chikao couldn't believe what they had heard.
Chikao: No way... Half of Kaneki's soul is destroyed? And you three were under a spell this whole time?
Sachi: Shino...
Everyone looked at Shino expecting her to be devastated after she found out she was used to harm Kaneki.
Shino: I see... So that's what happened.
But surprisingly Shino didn't reacted much despite now knowing that she was used against Kaneki.
Shino: It all makes sense now, I'm sorry for being weak to fall for a stupid spell, Kaneki.
Insted she warmly apologized to Kaneki's unconscious body for her weakness with a wry smile.
Miku: Shino-Oneechan?
Yuuka: Wait you aren't...
Shino: Well I am definitely shaken that I was put under the same spell as both of you... But that's not something we should be focusing on right now.
Even though she was a bit hurt and shaken, Shino didn't want to focus on that instead she wanted to focus on the more important matter.
Shino: Kaneki needs us right now.
She said as she continued looking at Kaneki's body.
Shino: So we should focus on trying to bring him back.
Natsuki, Sachi, Chikao's Itsuki & Keiko's thoughts*

Everyone in the room stared at Shino completely shocked.
Miku & Yuuka's thoughts*
(Shino/Shino-Oneechan is strong)
Kotori: ... Smile~
And admired her determination to help Kaneki.
Shino: And to be honest... As hurt as I am, I'm also a bit angry.
Shino showed a a somewhat angry face with her eyes lighting up with anger.
Shino: No I AM ANGRY. Our feelings and desires were tampered with, it made us abandon Kaneki, almost made us forget about him... We were used against Kaneki.

Natsuki looked into Shino's soul as she spoke her honest feelings, and she found her soul in the shape of a raging fire.
Natsuki: Heh you really are angry, Shino you're looking a bit like Kaneki.

Natsuki: Mhm. Your soul is in the shape of a raging fire, just like how Kaneki is when he is angry.
Shino: Heh. That's good to hear. Miku, Yuuka.
After her small exchange with Natsuki, Shino looked back at Miku and Yuuka.
Shino: You both feel the same way, deep down, don't you? Miku? Yuuka?
She asked the two with a serious expression which made Miku and Yuuka think in deep thought.
Yuuka's Thoughts*

Yuuka remembered the times when she heard a voice in her head that sounded like her.
(I changed myself into something I am not... And I unknowingly hurt Kaneki...)
She looked back at her time as a Gyaru and around the time she hadn't realized what she had done.
(I thought they were my own feelings... But this entire time, I... I was being used.)
The thought of being used made her sad and a bit angry.
(Being used to hurt... Kaneki, the boy I love.)
And knowing that she was used to hurt the one she loves, it made her even angrier to the point she started gritting her teeth.
Miku's thoughts*
(The messed up love I had for Hinata-Oniichan, the reason he died... It was used in order to harm Onii-chan.)
Miku was the most hurt after learning that she was used.
(I already know that my love for Hinata-Oniichan was wrong, yet it was brought back and I was consumed by it and used against Onii-chan...)
She felt ashamed for being blinded by that twisted love she used to have, but she also remembered clearly.
"Well... If I would guess, I make sure to be patient and I put a lot of "love" into cooking."
The times when Kaneki helped her.
"Here I made this just for you, Miku."
"Yay~! Thank you Onii-chan! I love you!"
The times he spoiled her.
"There, there Miku. It's alright I'll sleep with you tonight so you no one would hurt you"
The times he comforted her.
"You dare hurt and make my sister cry?!"
The times he protected her.
And most importantly.
"Miku... I was happy... To be your brother.
"Thank you... for being... the greatest sister ever."
His honest feelings for her.
Miku: How dare them... Using me— Us to hurt on Onii-chan...
Now that she know she and her friends were used to trample on Kaneki, the one person who loved them no matter what.
Miku: I WON'T FORGIVE THEM!
Miku gotten very angry as well.
Sachi & Chikao: Yeah! That's right!
Suddenly Sachi and Chikao got fired up following Miku's declaration.
Natsuki's thoughts*
(They're all angry for Kaneki's sake, and so am I)
Natsuki: Even back at the W.S.S.F we were all used against Kaneki, we were used to make Kaneki scared to the point he considered erasing himself.
Everyone looked intently at Natsuki as she talked.
Natsuki: We're not going to allow any harm come for Kaneki anymore, isn't that right?
Sachi & Chikao: Of course!
Shino, Yuuka & Miku: That's right!
Natsuki: Good.
Kotori: Heh. I'm glad you guys are getting fired up right now.
Itsuki & Keiko: Don't forget about us!
Kotori: Don't worry we won't forget about you guys. Now then, Ryugon!
