After hours had passed the school day had concluded.
Shino,Sachi, Yuuka, Miku and Chikao alongside Itsuki and Keiko had rushed to the Higanbana household upon learning that Kaneki made some movement.
But now they were just sitting quietly in his room, waiting for him to possibly move.
Shino: Natsuki are you really sure about what you told us earlier?
Shino broke the silence with her voicing her doubt about her claims about Kaneki's movement.
Natsuki: Yes I'm certain! Didn't I already told you earlier?!
Flashback*
Natsuki: I was able to communicate with Kaneki!
All 7: Are you sure?
Natsuki: Yes! He may not have been able to talk, but he was able to answer my questions with his eyes!
Flashback end*
Shino: I know but...
Natsuki: Sigh~ I understand you are worried about Kaneki, but please trust me I wasn't seeing things.
Yuuka: I believe you Natsuki, after all Kaneki's eyes were mostly opened thought-out the entire week and now that they closed and occasionally opens up... I'm honestly hopeful.
Miku: Same here, Onii-chan wouldn't lose without a fight.
Seeing Yuuka and Miku being somewhat hopeful and positive made Natsuki a bit happier.
Natsuki: Thank you. Yuuka, Miku.
But aside from those two, everyone else were feeling very uneasy.
Sachi: ... So Kaneki really was attacked...
When they had arrived Natsuki explained what had happened, as well as revealing the information she had got from Kaneki.
Itsuki: Still I don't get how he is able to harm Kaneki.
Keiko: Yeah weren't all of his abilities destroyed by Kaneki? And even if we're talking about physical strength Kaneki is a lot stronger as well.
Natsuki: He did told me he acted differently, so our theory of him having another personality is proving really strong now.
Shino: To think that he still protected the three of us back then.
Natsuki: I mean why wouldn't he? He knew you three weren't yourselves.
Miku: That doesn't really help Natsuki.
Yuuka: Yeah. If anything we kind of imagine he wasn't able to protect himself because he was busy protecting us...
With Yuuka's implication Natsuki had imagined how difficult it was for Kaneki to protect himself while Shino, Yuuka and Miku were also present.
Natsuki: That... Makes sense...
Miku: Sigh~ When is Onii-chan going to wake up again?
Natsuki: I'm not sure. But... after i had mentioned him being in the Council's custody, Kaneki's just started shaking and by the time Kotori-san started checking him up he went unconscious again.
Just then something had clicked in Yuuka's head.
Yuuka: Wait that might be the reason.
All 7: What?
Natsuki: What are you talk about Yuuka?
Yuuka: Kaneki or well Azuna over here is the only one who knows everything that happened that day, so maybe he knows the danger that he possess and he was worried of something bad happening with him in the Council's custody.
Natsuki: I also mentioned that Atsuo-san was interrogating him...
Yuuka: Yikes that must been one of the reasons why he'd gotten so stressed.
Itsuki: Is Kaneki going to wake up again soon?
Natsuki: I'm unsure. But if he had woken up earlier, then he'll probably wake up another time.
Sachi: Well that's good.
Yuuka: ...
Shino: Do you have something in mind Yuuka?
Yuuka: Yeah, although it's a bad idea.
Sachi: How bad can it be?
Yuuka: Well... I think we should get answers "him".
Everyone in the room knew who Yuuka was talking about.
Keiko: Hold on why?
Yuuka: Well it's risky but. I think we should try to Interrogate his other self.
All 7: !!!
Yuuka: You did say that Kaneki was unsure right Natsuki?
Natsuki: ... Kaneki did also confirm that he acted differently, so I guess it's certain that he has another person in his head.
Chikao: This is definitely a bad idea, but even if you guys want to go with that plan there's another problem.
Yuuka: I know. We have no idea where he is in the Council or where the Council's base is.
Kotori: I can bring you guys there.
Suddenly Kotori came in and offered to bring the Higanbana girls to the Council.
Kotori: You two can come if you want to s well.
Itsuki & Keiko: Eh?
Sachi: That's right! Ai-chan is part of the Council so you know where he's being held!
Kotori: Correct and as of right now, Papa is interrogating that trash again.
Chikao: Why did you agree to Yuuka's plan so quickly Kotori-san?
Kotori: Simple. I think that seeing familiar faces will make that trash slip up again and unknowingly switch personalities. Although I'm not sure if it would work, but at this point I'm willing to try anything to get information.
Keiko: Isn't that a bit too risky though?
Kotori: Yes. But do we have any other choices? Papa's Interrogations are definitely a bit brutal and barbaric, but they are ineffective.
Natsuki: Well... If that's the case I'm in.
Miku: Same here, we'll just do what we had done last time.
Yuuka: I'm ready to go when you guys are.
Sachi: I'll stay here with Kaneki.
Chikao: Same here, I do not want to see that trash because I might think about killing him.
Itsuki: Can I punch that guy if I join you guys?
Kotori: I'll allow it.
Keiko: I'll come to then.
Kotori: Nod~
Natsuki: What about you? Shino?
Natsuki turned to Shino and looked into her soul.
Natsuki's thoughts*
(Shino is feeling guilty and sad scared right now, maybe she—)
Shino: ... I'll stay behind as well. I rather spend my time with Kaneki.
(Yup I knew it.)
Knowing how scared Shino was for Kaneki, Natsuki understood and didn't pushed Shino to go with them.
Kotori: Alright let's go there. Dagon! Ryugon!
Swoosh!
The two Dragon Beast Knights, Dagon and Ryugon appeared after being called by Kotori.
Ryugon: We heard everything.
Dagon: We'll bring you all there.
Though the two dragons were very small at the moment, they emitted a very intimidating aura around them.
Itsuki: Eek! I felt a chill down my spine.
Kotori: Let's go outside.
Itsuki & Keiko: Wait up!
Kotori, Keiko, Itsuki, Dagon and Ryugon left the room and before leaving. Yuuka, Miku, and Natsuki said their goodbye's.
Miku: Please take care of Onii-chan while we're gone okay? If anything happens please contact us immediately.
Shino, Sachi & Chikao: We will.
Miku: Thank you... See ya.
Yuuka: I'll see you guys later, if Kaneki wakes up don't tell him of what we're doing.
Sachi: We won't don't worry about it, last thing we want is him being stressed out again.
Natsuki: ...
Yuuka: You have anything to say before we go Natsuki?
Natsuki: Yeah. Give Kaneki some hugs, it might help calm his mind.
Hearing Natsuki's request Shino, Sachi and Chikao smiled in agreement.
Sachi: We will. Who wouldn't like hugs from their cute girl friends?
Chikao: Heh! You know now's not the time right?
Sachi: Could you blame me? Maybe hugging might actually help, maybe if we show him more affection Kaneki's soul would be repaired.
Shino: That doesn't even makes sense, but it's worth a shot.
Sachi's words made the atmosphere in Kaneki's room a bit lighter and seeing her friends smile again reassured Natsuki that everything would be alright in their end.
Natsuki: Good I'll be going now.
Natsuki and Yuuka then followed the rest outside.
Outside*
Kotori: Dagon! Ryugon!
Dagon & Ryugon: Roger!
Burst!
Both Dragons grew to the bigger so Kotori, Natsuki, Yuuka, Miku, Itsuki and Keiko could ride each of them.
Ryugon: Friends of young Kaneki can ride on my back.
Itsuki & Keiko: Thank you!
Accepting Ryugon's offer, Itsuki and Keiko climbed on his back.
Dagon: You girls ready? Just so you know it'll be very windy.
Yuuka: I'll be fine, wouldn't be the first time I rode a dragon.
Natsuki: Thank you.
Miku: We're counting on you Dagon-san.
Dagon: Nod~
Dagon then lowered her three heads and allowed Natsuki, Yuuka and Miku to climb on and ride them.
Natsuki: Wait what about you Kotori-san?
Kotori: I can fly on my own.
Crack!
Kotori: Alright let's go!
Swoosh!
Immediately after transforming into her demonized form, Kotori began flying to the Council HQ where Ryueki was being held.
Dagon: Hold on tight!
Ryugon: This will be intense!
Swoosh!
All 5: Woah!
Dagon and Ryugon immediately followed behind her.

Kotori: Sigh~ I can't believe I'm going back there—

Feeling a chill down her spine, Kotori could only tell something is most likely bad to happen.
