All 4: What happened to Shino/Yuuka?!
Before using Darkness travel to bring Shino, Yuuka and Miku home after finding them all soaked in the rain.
Kotori created two blood clone's so she could keep an eye on all three of them.
And now Kotori is with Shino, Yuuka and Miku in all of their homes at the same time.
In the Tanaka Household*
Shino: It's our fault...
Shiro: W-What happened?
Gentai: Yeah, what happened to our daughter?
In the Mirai Household*
Yuuka: It's our fault...
Kotori: I'll fill you all in later, but first I'm going to need to clean them up. Could you just give me clothes for them?
Yuuki: O-Okay. But what about you Kotori?
In the Higanbana Household*
Kotori: Don't worry about me. Worry about your daughters first.
Miku: it's our fault...
Kotori: Alright I only need to move now. Don't worry I'll clean you girls very well.
Ever since she picked them up from the parking lot, the three of them hadn't moved or reacted to anything else.
Knowing this Kotori got worried about them getting sick, so she brought them to their homes where she would properly clean them up so they wouldn't get sick.
Kotori's thoughts*
(Alright I'll pause my investigation for now, these three takes priority)
40 Minutes later~
Kotori: Alright done! So? How do you girls feel?
All 3: It's our fault... It's our fault...
Kotori: ... Still the same huh?
Even after a whole 40 Minutes of bathing, they still hadn't snapped out of it.
Kotori gently placed them on their beds and made sure there wasn't in their rooms they could possibly use to hurt themselves.
She sat her main body on the chair near Miku's desk and positioned herself to where Miku would stay in her line of vision.
Kotori: Good.
And with Miku safe and sound she made sure both Shino and Yuuka were safe in their rooms.
Before she went downstairs and to the dining tables of both homes and faced their parents at the same time.
Yuuki: Kotori... Care to explain what happened?
Shiro: Why did you appear in our home without warning?
Jin & Genta: And why was our daughter soaking wet? And what was she saying earlier?
Facing their parents questions at the same time was rather confusing for Kotori but despite it she tried to carefully talk to them.
Kotori: Haa~ Well it's going to be a lot to take it. But please promise me you'll listen to everything I have to say until I get off this table.
Seeing how cautious Kotori looked. Both Shino's and Yuuka's parents nodded and promised her that they'll listen.
All 4: We will, we promise.
Now that they agreed to her request, Kotori told tell them everything.
A while later~
Kotori: Haa~ That took so long.
After explaining everything to both Shino's and Yuuka's parents, Kotori began moving her blood clones back to Shino's and Yuuka's room.
Kotori: ...
Shino & Yuuka It's our fault... It's our fault...
After entering Shino's and Yuuka's rooms Kotori saw them still repeating the same words ever since she picked them up.
Miku: It's our fault... It's our fault...
The same goes for Miku, she continued to repeat the same words over and over again with tears going down her cheek.
Kotori: ... You all need some rest. So please Sleep~

Using her powers she made the three go to sleep so they could potentially calm down.
Kotori: Alright just to be on the safe side, I'll give you three some good dreams as well.
Saying this she carefully put them to bed and created one slimy tentacle on both her main body and two blood clones.

Latching the tentacles on their heads, Kotori began to give Shino, Yuuka and Miku happy dreams.
Kotori: Sweet dreams. Let's have a talk once you girls wake up.
And so the three of them experienced a very pleasant and happy dream.

Shino, Yuuka & Miku: Kaneki/Onii-chan!

And the dream they were experiencing was what could have happened if their Operation Reconciliation had succeeded.

They bowed their heads and closed their eyes expecting Kaneki to yell at them, but he didn't yell.
Kaneki: I'm sorry as well.
All 3: Huh?
He began to apologize as well.
Kaneki: I'm also at fault. I kinda knew you guys were trying to apologize and make things right... But instead of facing you guys I just avoided you, but be rest assured I would never hate you guys.
Shino: B-But we abandoned you.
Kaneki: If you really did, then you wouldn't have tried to secretly interact with me at school.
All 3: !!!
Kaneki: Like I said I kinda knew about what you three were up to, like when Yuuka made a trail of pudding leading into a storage room.
Yuuka: You knew?!
Kaneki: It was faint but I could smell your scent on the cups puddings.
Yuuka: Oh...
Kaneki: We're all at fault here, plus you're not the only ones who was lying to Natsuki. I kept your identities from her even though we were really close now...
All 3: ...
All four of them were silent until Kaneki said.
Kaneki: You all probably know this but I'll say it either way, I forgive you guys. You wanna become friends and siblings again...?
The three of them looked at Kaneki completely dumfounded and in an instant.

The lunged towards him and all three of them caught Kaneki in their hugs.
Shino: Yeah! We're sorry for everything Kaneki! We'll do better!
Yuuka: We promise we'll never do anything to hurt you again!
Miku: Thank you... Thank you for forgiving us Onii-chan...
Kaneki: Hehe~ c'mon isn't this a bit too much? Besides we're not exactly done apologizing.
Shino, Yuuka & Miku: What?
Kaneki: Well we need to tell Natsuki everything and also our parents.
Shino, Yuuka & Miku: That's right!

And so the three girls slept and experiencing a happy dream where they successfully fixed their relationship with Kaneki and fixed their mistakes and everything was okay.
But that was just it, a dream.
Kotori: Hehe~ Looks like it's working, the three of them are having a nice dream...
Kotori knew once they wake up back to reality they would be devastated, so she prepared herself for when they wake up.

She sat on the side of their beds and waited patiently for them to wake up.

After hours it had just turned nighttime and Shino, Yuuka and Miku had finally woken up from their sleep.
Shino: Huh? What? My room? Wait wasn't I...
Yuuka: W-What's going on? We were in Kaneki's room just now...
Miku: Shino-Oneeechan? Yuuka-Oneechan? They were just with me with Onii-chan and the others... Wait where is Onii-chan?!
The three girls were completely confused upon waking up but more lively and somewhat calm before going to sleep.
With the three of them now awake, Kotori greeted them.
Kotori: Yo! Good evening girls.
Shino: Kotori-san?!
Yuuka: W-What are you doing in my room?
Miku: What do you mean girls? Aside from you I'm the only one here.
Seeing how they were somewhat acting like they were before everything that had happened, Kotori made a satisfied smile.
Kotori: Smile~ I'm glad you girls have calmed down now.
Shino, Yuuka & Miku: Seriously you're acting weird.
Kotori: Is that the thanks I get for giving you three happy dreams?
The moment Kotori revealed that everything they saw was a dream...

Shino, Yuuka & Miku: So... Everything I saw just now was a dream?
Realizing what they experienced was nothing more than a dream, reality came crushing back as they recalled everything that happened before.

As they were about to say that they were sorry again and again, Kotori stopped them immediately.
She gave the three girls a warm and gentle hug, with small tears forming in her eyes and with a gentle voice.
Kotori: It's alright. I've forgiven you along time ago.
Her kind voice successfully reached them and in response to hearing her gentle voice forgiving them.
Shino, Yuuka & Miku: Ngh.... WAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
The three of them cried out loudly.

As they cried, Kotori gently patted their heads.
Kotori: There, there it's alright. Let it all out.
10 Minutes later~
After 10 Minutes of nonstop crying. Shino, Yuuka and Miku had calmed down stopped crying.
But immediately after, they began questioning Kotori.
Shino, Yuuka and Miku: Kotori-san/Kotori-Oneechan... Did you bring me home?
Kotori: That's right, you three were soaking wet by the rain which hasn't stopped yet hours ago. So I brought you all home and cleaned you all up. Also I told your parents everything.
Shino & Yuuka: You did what?!
Miku: Huh? What are you talking about? Mom and Dad already knew...
Kotori: Their hypnosis was undone, but unlike Papa and Aiya-Mama they were mostly clueless of everything and when I explained everything they were definitely mad but a bit understanding as well surprisingly.

Seeing how confusing their chat is getting, Kotori then told the three at the same time about her own current situation.
Kotori: Also I'm talking to all three of you at the same time via blood clones, so it will be a bit confusing.
Shino, Yuuka & Miku: Huh?
Kotori: Oh my... I created two blood clones to watch over and talk with you Shino-chan and Yuuka-chan. As for Miku-chan I'm watching you with my real body.
Shino, Yuuka & Miku: O-Oh...

The three stared at Shino and asked another more personal question.

The three couldn't even say Kaneki's name anymore due to the trauma.
Kotori: Well... It may sound weird but I don't think what we saw in your memories is the full truth.
Shino, Yuuka & Miku: What? What are you talking about?
Kotori then started talking about the encounter she experienced.
Kotori: After all of you girls left, I was last to exit Kaneki-chan's room and when I was questioning why you three would say such things. I heard a voice saying "It wasn't them".
Shino, Yuuka & Miku: Eh?
Kotori: Strange, right? But when I asked them they couldn't tell me saying "can't" "busy" "must tend" if I were to assume the voices I was hearing were most likely spirits or souls that were very close to Kaneki-chan. Wouldn't be the first time I encountered such things.
Shino: No... That doesn't make sense.
Yuuka: Why would they say it wasn't our fault? We were the ones who've hurt him...
Miku: Are you sure you were-
Kotori: I am 1000% sure. And the "must tend" was most likely because they were trying to help Kaneki-chan.
Shino, Yuuka & Miku: ...
Kotori: Look I also have doubts about your memories. You girls love Kaneki-chan a lot and saying such things is way out of character for you. I feel like the memory we saw wasn't complete.
The three could only listen in confusion to why Kotori was saying all this.
Kotori: I mean isn't it strange? If you three truly hated Kaneki-chan you wouldn't be so hurt.
Miku: Why?
Kotori: Hmm?
Shino: Are you trying to help us?
Kotori: Isn't it obvious? Of course I am.
Yuuka: Even though we've hurt Kaneki so much? Why? Why would you help us?
Kotori: Why? Because I love you girls.
Shino, Yuuka & Miku: Eh?! Blush~
The three girls blushed after hearing such a wild reason from Kotori.
Kotori: You girls are like my sisters, well except for Miku since she is my sister.
Shino, Yuuka & Miku: Oh.
The three calmed down after hearing this.
Kotori: So listen I'm going to search for the complete truth, so I want you girls to cooperate with me so we can prove you innocence.
Miku: But what about... Sachi and Chi-chan?
Shino & Yuuka: Uncle and Auntie... And most of all.
Shino, Yuuka & Miku: Natsuki? They probably hate us now.

The three were worried thinking that Kotori might break her relationship with everyone else by trying to prove their innocence.
Kotori: I don't care. I'm not going to abandon any of you just like that.
But she could care less.
Kotori: Kaneki-chan would have done the same if he were in my position.
Shino, Yuuka & Miku: ...
The thee couldn't believe what they were hearing and could only be silent.
Kotori: So? What will it be? Will you help me prove your innocence? Or continue doing nothing but crying and blaming yourselves?
She wanted them to choose but because they didn't answer, she gave them some time.
Kotori: I see. I'll wait for your answer tomorrow, so please give it some thought.

She stood back up and made her way out of the rooms, but before exiting she said a few parting words.
Kotori: Please I don't want the bonds you share with everyone to be broken, I know you feel the same way as well. So please help me.
And so she left their rooms, leaving them all alone with their thoughts.
Yuuka's room*
Yuuka: No there's no way I'm innocent... I've done something unforgivable...
Shino's room*
Shino: What was she talking about? Full truth? Don't give me hope you've seen it yourself...
Miku's room*
Miku: You're such a bigger idiot than I thought, why would you still believe in us?
The three weren't convinced they were innocent but.
"I'm not going to abandon any of you just like that."
"Kaneki-chan would have done the same"
Remembering her kind words, reluctantly.
Shino, Yuuka & Miku: ... Fine.
They accepted Kotori's help.
