"Can you see me?" the ghost asked, looking at Su Xuan with surprise.
"If I said I couldn't, would you believe me?" Su Xuan shrugged.
"Do you want to save him?" The ghost glanced at the young man she was controlling.
"It's less about saving him and more about saving you," Su Xuan's voice turned cold. "If you insist on harming him, you won't even get to be a ghost anymore."
"Are you threatening me?" The ghost didn't believe Su Xuan could kill her.
After becoming what she was, she had lost her physical body, but her perception had become extremely sensitive. She hadn't detected any dangerous aura from Su Xuan. She figured he could probably only see her and might not even be able to touch her.
Su Xuan couldn't be bothered with pointless banter. "Let me ask you," he said, "why do you want to harm him?"
