When the swords stabbed into War's back, it seemed like there was some kind of trigger that was switched. It was as if War realized that what it was doing wasn't going to work, so it was going to try something else.
This wasn't that surprising since these weapons coming out of the ground should have been among the weakest of War's tricks.
With this kind of transformation, to only give the power to create weapons like this…
Well, it would have been a disappointment.
But the fact that War was going to show a new kind of power wasn't a good sign for me.
I wanted to stop War before it was able to do such a thing, but I found that it wasn't that easy.
As soon as War stopped releasing the weapons, there was a surge in the corruption energy around it. Or it was better to say that there was a recession of that corruption energy.
After all, that corruption energy was being pulled in towards War.
