Once the mace appeared, the first thing that this member of the Four Omens did was raise it above its head.
When this mace was raised up, it was as if there was some kind of dark mist that was created.
When the dark mist spread out, the corruption energy monsters seemed to gain a second wind.
It seemed that this relic had a buffing effect that was similar to the buff that I created with my mist. Though it didn't seem like it was strong enough to resist the mist that I created completely.
Even though it spread out, it seemed like it couldn't push back the mist that I had created.
At the same time, it didn't seem like it could get rid of the mist's production on the allied forces when it spread to them.
So even though the dark mist did buff the corruption energy monsters, it didn't seem like it was enough for them to fight against the allied forces. In the end, the corruption energy monsters were still being cut down in droves.
