Muscular is just sitting at the corner of the room because he doesn't like to work with the fake heroes expect Child Emperor and Metal Bat. They have their moral straight and aren't looking for money or fame, they are heroes that are looking out for humanity and don't need an benefit to do that.
The heroes were talking about Sweet Mask being a monster, Muscular doesn't see most of the heroes worry about innocent civilians, some are satisfied that the hero Association is taking another fall. However, The one that the most powerful reaction would be Wavygyaza, she had punched a hole through a pillar in Neo Heroes base because she is angry that she don't defeat Sweet Mask as an idol.
Muscular thinks that if All Might and Star & Stripe saw these people act like this as heroes, they would have give them a good beaten as they were just thinking most of themselves and not the civilians that they are trying to protect.
Muscular noticed that the hero named Blue wasn't here, some of the other heroes also noticed that, but a higher up told the heroes that Blue is hunting Sweet Mask down. Muscular used his psychic link with the another clones to tell that Blue, High Neo Hero Member, are going to the city where Sweet Mask is to kill them.
Wild Tiger and Barnaby quickly pick up the pace to reach Saitama and Sweet Mask. However, they had pass a hero on the way, but they quickly keep on paced.
" Other heroes, you go to the right and I go to the left to kill Sweet Mask." The kid went to the left on top of the buildings to catch up with Saitama. However, at the same, Genos, Wild Tiger, and Barnaby jumped in Blue way to block his way to get to Sweet Mask and Saitama.
Genos was the first one to talk because he wants to know why Blue is chasing his master. Wild Tiger and Barnaby stay quiet for most of the conversation, but they don't stay quiet about Blue saying that Hero Association and Hero Work are corrupt.
" The New Heroes aren't no different for corrupt, Sweet Mask was a hero for long time and he was probably a monster in most of that time. However, he decided to be a hero, helping getting Hero Association and donating some of his money to people who don't have much. You are going to kill a kind person with a somewhat terrible personality because he is only a monster, you should kill criminals if you think like that. The Hero Association also found a way to turn human that were monster back to human if they are willing, we at least give the human monster a chance to go back to being human."
Blue don't really know what to say, he was really lost with their point of view, but before he said anything, the heroes just left as they give Saitama enough time to get out of the city.
City A
All Might was going some partols because the staff in Hero Works told him that monster attack had been frequently happening. All Might had killed 20 wolf, 15 Tiger, and 10 demon level monster. On his patrol, he sees supposedly group of Class A heroes, he can hear them talking about Neo Heroes trying to recruit them and it's hard to say no because of the benefits.
" Excuse me gentlemen, I heard from your conversation of Neo Heroes, what do you they entail." The group and monsters are talking at All Might with a somewhat confused face because they had been a popular topic in the past weeks.
Forte grabs the pamphlet and contract to give All Might, he read the information and is sound legit, but he knows that there is something behind this. Forte told All Might that Neo Heroes had been recruiting heroes and people left and right. All Might gets it now, the Neo Heroes are trying to weaken the competition by offer better benefit to lean to their side.
All Might had some similar contracts, but they were mostly about merchandise. Company were trying to offer him contracts that would benefit him and the company a lot.
Black Sperm sees All Might and can sense that he is going to be trouble for him in his current state, Black Sperm guess that All Might was a low Class S hero in Hero Work because he hasn't seen him going into Hero Association building. Black Sperm can notice that Rover is in high alert when All Might get close to them, that's telling that All Might is an opponent to take seriously.
All Might finished reading everything as he looks up to see Saitama walk with a bag of dog food. Butterfly DX looks at Saitama to tell him that he got food for adult dogs, not for puppies as he thinks that Rover is only a 4 months old.
All Might just laugh a little because this scene reminds him of Class 1-A, but he stopped when a group in hero costumes came to the group to recruit Saitama as a cadre candidate. This group are victims of Hero Association, they were given terrible hero names that are gathered together to get an apology.
All Might's smile was getting bigger as he was holding his laugh back as this was an interesting thing that he wouldn't have seen in his world because the the hero chooses their hero name.
" Excuse you guys, you could changes your appearance to force them to change it to match your appearance. I could also train you to be stronger so you would rank up and have more weight to change your hero names." The Hero Name Victim Association were cheering as it was a good idea and some do agree that they do match their hero names. Also they were pumped to see that S Class hero from Hero Works was willing to help their causes and be a greater asset to The Hero Association.
