Lady Nagant is in the hospital and waking up from the battle she had with Jotaro and she is surprised that her body isn't damaged after the explosion that she had experienced. Heroes visited her and integrated her for information about Shigaraki or AFO plans because AFO probably don't tell her about his plans, but Lady Nagant could have overheard something at least.
Lady Nagant is hesitant because she doesn't know if AFO will listen and kill her, but she doesn't feel the presence of AFO in her body. Lady Nagant also noticed that she feels a bit younger than before, thanks to time devil fruit powers.
Lady Nagant will take a few minutes to process every possibility that is happening right now, but her thoughts go back to Jotaro because she don't know his quirk so she assumes that it's his doing. Lady Nagant will tell the heroes all of the information she knows, she tell them some places that AFO will attack and heroes that AFO wants for his collection of powerful quirks.
Lady Nagant noticed Deku, his eyes were with panic and broken like when she was a former heroine. She sees the same look that she had in the past, Deku gets Lady Nagant a speech that she can still be a heroine because heroes will have a breaking point, but she can try to fix what was broken.
Lady Nagant sees determination in his eyes as Deku leaves the room, Deku walked the halls of hospital with his mask on and his eyes on moving forward and is thoughts are only about defeat AFO so his friends don't get hurt.
After a couple of days, Lady Nagant was in the hospital checking her state and keeping her guard because she is still a prisoner. However, when she learned about the final battle from the news and live streams, she go up from her bed and ask the doctor for her sniper.
Lady Nagant was being refused by the doctor because her body is health, but unknown energy is in her body and the doctors can't figure it out and don't know if it would be unstable if Lady Nagant uses her quirk. Rock Lock gives the locations to Lady Nagant because in time of war, they need allies against a powerful enemy and right now, any help is a good thing.
Lady Nagant ran out of the hospital as Lady Nagant sees a dog with a fedora hat from a corpse of one of the bodies of one of the villains that AFO sent to kill Lady Nagant, but failed, thanks to Bond's power and strength. Lady Nagant freeze for a second, Bond uses Warp Gate power to send Lady Nagant to killed.
" Hey middle-aged Lady, Bond told me that you are a good sniper because we are in range of Shigaraki's body controlled by AFO. You can help me do some deal damage to this old centuries bastard To the grave that he should have been years ago." Kid shoots a magnetic laser through Shigaraki's body.
Lady Nagant quickly process the situation and get on the shoulder to steady her sniper so she can hit a shot.

Gentle launches himself towards the falling island with La Brava. Gentle creates three large barriers to stop the island to fall. This caused some villains and heroes footing to slip and AFO thought that they were about to hit the ocean floor, but AFO noticed that nothing is being destroyed by the possible impact of the force.
La Brava is recording everything that Gentle is doing to show the world of Gentle's heroics In this war. Gentle sees some students live streaming him and he tells them to go inside because it's dangerous, but the students refuse because the ruins of Japan need some hope and Gentle is that hope in this moment. Gentle has a small smile on his face at the student's word, his smile turn into a classic All Might smile because he feels like he is All Might saving the day and All Might's smile brings hope to the world as Gentle pushes his limits harder.
AFO quickly used the situation that the heroes possibly fixed the device that made the island float or someone is holding the island in the air with their quirk. This caused AFO to be angry as his body regenerates from the Lady Nagant's shoot.
Grimmjow stab through Shigaraki's head and through his brain, this caused AFO to be weakened enough that he doesn't have control of Shigaraki's soul anymore. Shigaraki uses his bad memories, his origin to recover his body back. Shigaraki is mocking that AFO is failing to kill Deku, said he is being Wombo combo by Deku and Grimmjow with others on the side.
Shigaraki told AFO that he know about this and had a backup plan, he also point out that thanks to Grimmjow's slash that his body has caused AFO's control over his soul to be weakened. Thanks to Grimmjow's soul related background, he can do things to the soul so he slowly cut the connection to AFO with Shigaraki's body after every sword attack.
"Old man, you are outdated and you should let the next generation do their stuff and not a wannabe demon lord with a superiority complex." As Shigaraki escapes AFO's soul, he bursted out AFO soul and his body quickly turn back to his normal state.
Shigaraki's eyes have determination in them to do what AFO and society made him to be, a villain that will destroy everything and that will be his only form of a hero. Shigaraki is smiling because he is free and will destroy everything with his own free will, his smile is twisted and dry that it's more unsettling then his usual smiles.
" I am back, "happy" to you heroes, can't wait to see your terrifying faces in your last moments of life." Shigaraki was shot again by a bullet and a laser that went through his chest and leg.
" This bastard should know that you don't do a villainous speech when people don't have a care. This bastard isn't really a good villain, he can't even do they basics of villainy." Kid snarls at Shigaraki mocking speech and he just shot him because no one's going to wait around to hear what he is saying because this is war.
" Usually happens with villains with a high ego, they are usually the ones to die first, but Shigaraki is in exception Because he is learning and not dying my shot easily." As Lady Nagant reloads another hair bullet in her sniper as she is waiting for the right opportunity to take another shot
