As soon as I said that, I released my conquerors haki towards the marines to instill fear to them.
I don't want to to knock them out so I control my haki not to knock them out. Being oppresed by a strong intent, None of the Marines including Morgans move. They don't even dare to move an inch as they were scarred shitless.
I calmly looked at Morgans and from the looks of it, he might piss himself.
I stretch my right hands and it stretch to a length of 7 meters. I punch it forward while shouting 'American Bullshit ' and punch him straight in the stomach which send him crashing to the walls behind him.
Since I've already know that the devil's fruit I ate was actually a Hito hito no mi and not a Gum Gum fruit, I wan't to change the name of many moves that the manga had adopted.
The move that I named American Bullshit is also actually the simple Gum Gum Pistol.
Every one looked at me with fear and admiration. To the Marines at Shells Town, Morgans was a symbol of fear. He was one of the strongest existence in the entire East Blue. A captain of the Marines was nothing to scoff at but here, I was simply punching him. Their evaluation of me had gone up a notch.
I was still releasing a bit of Conquerors haki and look at the Marines in front of me with a cold gaze and said" Listen here. My name is Monkey D. Luffy and I am taking Roronoa Zoro with me. If anyone have a problem with that. You can say that to my face."
Since no one spoke a word, I look at Zora and motioned him to follow me so we walk out from the Plaza without any more disturbance.
Coby was still following us so I took them to a restaurant nearby and ordered some food. While we were eating, Some Marines came to the place we ate and requested us to leave the place.
Just like what happened in the original scene, We left Coby so that he could have a chance to join the Marines.
When Zoro saw our ship. He was amazed and speechless. He was standing besides me with mouth wide and dumbstruck. He had no idea that he would be sailing in a ship like this. After a brief moment I asked"So do you like the ship".
He look at me with a smile on his face and replied" I expected no less" and walk towards the ship. He can't stop admiring the ship as he have never see a ship like this nor he have never heard of it.
We board the ship together and I told him to look around as he like and he did just that.
While he was busy looking around the ship, I take out a log pose pointing towards Orange Town and starts sailing towards it.
Zoro had finished his little tour of the ship and came out so I asked " So , do you like the ship?" and he replied" It's quite good but I have some things I would like to asked".
I looked at him and said" Okay, lets sit and discuss our future plans. After all, you will need a lot of training if you want to become the strongest swordsman in the world since you are still very weak"
This angered Zoro. He had a huge vein bulging at his forehead and said" What do you mean weak. I am not weak, I am going to cut you in half."
I looked at him an take my arms out towards him and said" Alright. I will show you how you are weak. Try cutting my arm with all you have. I won't even move an inch."
He was furious and think that I look down on him and said" Alright you bastard, you should have no regrets" and swing his sword at my arm.
I coat my hands with armament haki and when his sword hit my arm, nothing happened. He was dumbstruck when he saw that he couldn't even scratch me with all his might. He looked at my hands that had turned black due to armament's coating and was curious but before he ask any questions, I spoke" This is armament haki, Every person in this world had a hidden potential which is known as haki. To be acknowledge as a strong person in this vast blue sea, one have to learn how to use haki to a certain degree"
I told him all the basics of Haki and every type of haki. After two hours of many questions and answers, he finally grasped what I was trying to teach him and with a satisfying look he said" So this haki is my path to becoming the strongest swordsman in the world and you are saying that your'e going to help me unlock it. Right?"
I said" More or less, shishishishi. We still have three days before we reach our destination. So let's eat something first and start your training. Afterall, hard work won't betray you"
During our earlier conversation, I told him many things about the world, the Govt. and pirates. He has some understanding of the world after I told him about the four seas, Grand Line and the new world. He wondered how many swordsman are stronger than him in the vast seas and his blood was boiling for excitement. He thirst for power was never stronger after he knew that he was just a weakling in the four seas. He was excited to have more power and the ability to compete with those monsters in the new world.
Seeing him excited, I quickly prepare lunch and motioned him to sit. I decided it's my time to shine and use a skill which I named it 'expression of the peerless'. All this skill do was making me look awesome. When I activate the skill, there is a calm wind revolving around, The air around me became light and there are flickers of lights shining around me which made me look mysterious and cool. This is all that the skill does but it really do the trick if I want to honey pot someone.
I activated the skill and said" Listen here Zoro. There are many things that I haven't told you but you will soon know them in the future. What I want to tell you right now is that your training won't be easy, there are many hardships waiting for you with the path you take right now. Under normal circumstances, even unlocking your haki won't be easy. You will need years of training just to unlock them but I have a solution. I was trained by a great being who likes to be lowkey and unknown. He gave me many mysterious things that are not known by the common people of this world."
While I was saying all that, Zoro had suspend all his actions and look at me like some omnipotent being. Seeing that he bought my half truth, half lie, I continued speaking" Among the various treasures that he gave me along with this ship, there are certain medicines that could help one unlock their potential. These medicines could help you unlock your haki and strengthen your body to a certain extent. They are equivalent to a years worth of training. Since I want you to be strong quickly, I want to give you these medicines"
I quickly take out the pills from my storage ring and give it to Zoro. He had a huge and said" So let's see what your master's medicines could do" and ate them without any hesitation.
After he ate them, he had a feeling that something was flowing inside him. He felt his body becoming stronger and lighter. He closed his eyes and was in deep thoughts wondering about the changes in his body.
I asked him to see if he could feel some sort of energy flowing inside him. "If you can feel the energy flowing inside you, concentrate and let it flow towards your arm. That is armament haki that I had shown you before".
He closed his eyes and concentrate hard to let the energy flow towards his arms. As he was doing this, there are signs of armament blackening on his arms. He opened his eyes and was satisfied.
" So this is armament haki. Hehe" he smiled and look at me.
" It might be hard for you to control it since it's the first but fret not, It will come naturally as easy as breathing in the future. Why don't you try out your observation haki" I said to him.
He then closed his eyes again but this time, it was a little hard for him to grasp the concept of observation haki. After 10 minutes of standing still and trying to feel his surroundings, he finally grasp the concept of observation. He was smiling because he was realizing that he was growing stronger.
I look at him and asked " So, are we going to start our training"
He looked at his sword with a burning passion in his eyes. " This is going to be an interesting adventure. Hehe" he said with a high spirit.
We started by training his observation haki. I blindfolded him and hit him with a club which I pulled out from nowhere. On the first day, he didn't dodge any of my strike and has swelling all over his body but he was still in high spirits.
I don't want to let him advance to train armament unless he can use observation haki.
On the second day, we continued our training on observation haki and he managed to dodge a single strike. Even if it was just a single hit that he dodge, he was still happy that he was making progress.
On the third day, by luck or by talent, he started dodging a few of my hits. With the help of the medicines that I gave him, he was growing rapidly.
After three days of training in the seas while sailing, we finally reach Orange Town.
Unlike the original story, I didn't met Nami at the start of my adventure so I was wondering if I would meet her in this town. Even if I don't meet her here, I will go directly to their hometown which wasn't a problem for me .
I walked towards a certain restaurant with Zoro an ordered something to eat. We were talking various things including the progress he had made during the last three days.
While we were busy chatting, the door of the Restaurant was opened and I saw a beautiful girl, slender with long legs and an orange hair walking inside the restaurant.
