Ficool

Chapter 4 - Kidnapped ?

After Samira left Reyan continued to guard him while Aarav talked with system in his mind.

'Do you know who is attacking?'

[ If I am right then it should be beings from a race called 'Vetrax' ]

'But why their target is me ?'

[ Probably because of your parents. Your parents were the frontline heroes who faught against the Vetrax race and stopped their invasion. They may want to kidnap you to blackmail or demand something from them. Afterall they are some of the most powerful beings in the entire world.]

Suddenly a new figure appeared in front of him like emerging from shadows — tall, gray-skinned, with blood-red eyes, a single horn on his head and twin blades on his back.

Rukol.

He moved towards the baby as soon as he appeared. But Reyan who was already alert blocked in front of him.

Reyan growled. "You are looking for death."

Rukol smiled. "We'll see."

They clashed.

Blades flashed. Sparks flew.

Reyan fought hard, blocking and striking. He moved fast.

But Rukol was faster.

Smarter.

Crueler.

Inside his mind,

'System… can't you do anything?'

[Don't worry, your mother left a spell on you if you are in mortal danger, it will activate and protect you]

'But it seems that Reyan will lose. He is going to die.'

[ Sorry host, system's only concern is the well being of host and missions, I can't do anything about others ]

Reyan's blade shattered.

'But it is same if they kidnap me. I don't know what they will do to me'

[ But if I use my power I have shut down for 3 years ]

Rukol drove his dagger into his(Reyan's) side.

Reyan gasped, fell to his knees.

With his last breath, he whispered, "Forgive me…"

'But if you don't do anything I am gonna die anyway'

[Ok ! Fine! Remember it won't happen a second time. You can think of it as the security protocol as you are still a child. But even if you die it won't happen second time.]

And as Rukol's second blade was about to fall, a huge amount of pressure descended upon the mansion. At the centre of it Rukol was unable to breath.

'What is this terrifying presence ? Is this coming from the baby ?' Rukol thought to himself.

Then a small blue eagle flew out from the baby and entered Rukol. He knew that it was anything but good but he was helpless.

After the blue eagle entered him he felt his body temperature rise at a terrifying rate. He knew that he didn't have much time. He gritted his teeth and threw out a crystal towards Aarav.

After which he was immediately blasted into pieces with nothing left, while Reyan felt unconscious in the blast.

The crystal flew towards Aarav and covered before Aarav could react he disappeared.

Smoke filled the streets. Fires crackled in the corners of broken buildings. Metal rang against stone, and screams echoed from every direction.

But in the middle of all this chaos, Samira Agnisar walked calmly.

Each step she took, the wind shifted. Vines cracked through walls. Roots curled out from the ground, wrapping around enemy limbs and pulling them down. Broken spears turned into trees. Arrows split mid-air as leaves swirled around her.

Her long hair flowed behind her. Her robes fluttered like wind-touched petals.

Her eyes were glowing green.

By the time she reached the breached section of the outer dome, the fighting had calmed.

Because everyone was dead.

Dozens of bodies lay around the ruins of the city wall — both invaders and defenders.

A tall, masked figure stood among them, sword resting lightly against his shoulder.

Drazan.

"Samira," he said. His voice was calm, almost pleasant. "You look as radiant as ever."

She didn't respond.

Only narrowed her eyes.

They hovered like two stars ready to collide.

Samira's green aura shimmered around her — her robes flowing like living vines. Her hair danced in the wind. Her gaze was calm, steady, and deadly.

Drazan floated across from her, cloak flapping. His armor was soaked in red. It wasn't his.

His arms were bare now — covered in red symbols glowing with cursed light.

Neither spoke.

Samira moved first.

She flicked her hand — and the air answered.

Massive roots and wooden spears burst from the ground below, racing up like a forest of arrows. They targeted Drazan's legs, his back, his heart.

He whispered, "Blood Shield."

A wave of blood spiraled around him, forming a red barrier. The roots hit — some bounced off, others pierced through. One sharp branch sliced past his cheek, drawing real blood.

He grinned. "So it's true. You really are different."

Samira didn't reply. She dove straight at him, her fists glowing green.

He whispered again, "Blood Spikes."

From the blood floating around him, red spikes shot out like bullets.

Samira spun midair, dodging most. One grazed her arm — but her green aura healed it instantly.

She slammed into Drazan with a powerful palm strike to the chest.

A burst of green energy exploded from her hands — like light made solid.

He flew back, coughing. Blood oozed from his mouth, but instead of falling, it curved around him, forming new blades.

He slashed forward. "Blood Bind."

Chains of blood snaked toward her from every side.

She whispered, "Null."

A wave of green energy rushed out from her body in a pulse.

The blood around her cracked, hissed… then evaporated.

Drazan's eyes widened. "You're... No!!!! My Blood!!!!!?"

Drazens power grew weak as his blood evaporated.

Samira's aura grew brighter.

She raised her hand. The battlefield below responded.

Vines and wooden spears rose from the ruined buildings. Trees bent toward her like they were bowing.

Then she whispered, "Life Bloom."

Suddenly, the battlefield turned green.

Dozens of attackers across the ground were impaled, crushed, or grabbed by vines and roots. The land beneath Drazan cracked as more branches twisted upward.

He flew higher, trying to escape — but she was faster.

" No!! I can't believe that I can't make you use your 50 percent of power. I will take you down with me." Drazen's body began to glow red as he was about to sacrifice himself to kill her.

"You are not worthy"

Although due to child birth Samira was a little weak now but she was still strong enough to use her weapon for one time.

The sky began to darken, lightning and thunder began to dance in the horizon. A humongous pressure descended upon the city. Normal people even had difficulty breathing.

A weapon began to take shape in the hands of Samira. A massive bow, radiant, and adorned with gold bosses and glowing with divine light.

"A mythical weapon!!" Drazan didn't even have time to exclaim as an arrow began to take shape in the Gandeev.

Samira took an aim and fired it.

"BOOM!!!"

The City trembled as the arrow took a humongous amount of energy with it and pierced Drazan in a split second blasting him to oblivion. Not even his ashes were left.

Below the city people trembled. " So powerful!! It killed a level 85 warrior so easily." A person exclaimed.

"Of course it is powerful. It is a mythical weapon after all. But she is also very powerful. Welding a mythical weapon at only level 89. No ordinary person can weild a mythical weapon." Another person said.

However, Samira felt a little strange even after killing Him.

Something was wrong.

He smiled.

Even while dying, he smiled.

A broken, twisted smile.

A chill ran down her spine.

'My baby...!!'

She disappeared and reappeared above ner mansion but it was already too late.

Reyal was unconscious, her subordinates were dead and Aarav....

...was absent.
