The only exception to that scenario would be if there was a taxi already parked nearby that did not have any customers.
The third issue was that she could not rely on a taxi when going out regularly for her tasks.
It was a problem to be recognised as a regular customer by the taxi drivers who were taking her from one location to another.
It was even more problematic to be recognised and remembered when she was on her tasks and would have to ask them to follow behind a car and to not lose sight of them.
If she was doing that quite often, then it was very suspicious behaviour that those taxi drivers would not be able to ignore so easily.
There would be taxi drivers who were more discreet when driving around their customers and would keep to themselves, even if they were asked to take part in following others, but not always.
