Pov 3rd Person
Eva was an orphan who was abandoned in front of the orphanage when she was just a few months old. She was once a very optimistic girl. She loved to talk and read books.
But everything changed after a tragedy. She changed and became a completely different person.
During her time at the orphanage, whenever couples came to adopt, she would get hope. Hope for a family and a home. But everytime she was left behind, her hope would shatter a little. Still she would still muster enough courage and put on a big smile on her cute little face and keep hopeling for the next time.
One day her wait was finally over. A couple came to the orphanage to adopt, because after many years of marriage they couldn't have a baby of their own. When they saw Eva, a cute little girl with two ponytails, a big smile on her face with two dimples on her chubby cheeks, big round eyes which sparled even more when she smiled, they instantly fell in love with this sensible girl and decided to adopt her.
Eva was brought to her new home. Where she started her new life with her new family, her parents and grandmother. Here she got to experience the love of a family, who doted on her like her own. They cared for her every need, they fed her dilicious food and bought her many new toys. She was very happy in her new home, with her new family.
But her happiness didn't last long, because after a couple of years of her arrival, her mom was pregnant and they were expecting their new baby. From then on her foster parents started to change, they cared about her less and less. They didn't love her like before. After the baby was born they started showing less patience toward Eva and eventually became indifferent to her.
Even at that time she at least had her grandmother, who still loved her the same. Eva was happy to have even one person who loved her. And even if her parents didn't treat her the same as before, at least she still had parents and a home. At least she was not alone in this vast world. Eva was content with her present life.
Though even that didn't last long. Fate couldn't see her happy and played a cruel joke on her yet again. In the end she was left with nothing.
