As in the last Chapter - Firstly, do not read this unless you are pretty far in the book, this is literally filled with 100's of spoilers. This Chapter will cover the Military Figures within Riverside (sticking with that name to avoid spoilers for those not as far as others), a later Chapter will cover "places" as well as Civilian Heroes.
