Chapter 2 - idk

a story where the best in the world at a certain time period are gathered by a well known tree of life or something that tells a tale of death and destruction. One who is chosen is the greatest elemental wielder, another ks the greatest shield, greatest shot, greatest scout, greatest healer, greatest magician, and despite his name being unknown and none of the greatest knowing his name, the greatest swordsman. Many believe he's disqualified, and the one who believes he should've been chosen becomes an antagonist later on. The greatest swordsman uses the sword art of the dragons; a lost and forbidden art that is no longer known to man. This art has hundreds of techniques, while he knows only 10 at the start. He's disliked and seen as a slob at the start of the story by the other chosen ones as his hair is overgrown and greasy, his clothes look cheap and tattered without revealing skin, and despite being able to sense greatness in others, no one could sense anything in him. Little did they know that this is because none of them come close to his strength. He's a loner at the start, but slowly opens up to the fire elemental user as she was the leader of the group since she was the strongest, due to this, she could sense something from him, but was unsure of what it was. To her, he was like a sheathed blade that hadn't seen the light of day in eons. He was something she'd never seen before. Ofc she's also his love interest, because why not? She would always choose him to be her partner on missions so she could grasp the depth of his skill. However, he would often just watch and observe. One day, the two came across an abandoned hot spring. So, they chose to stay for the night. The swordsman was the first to enter the hot spring, believing she'd go into a separate one, but she entered after him, not realizing he was in there as he was one who never bathed or washed himself. This is the point where she begins to unravel his strength. He'd let his guard down completely and was concentrating on cultivating his mind. So, she snuck up on him. Under the tattered clothes, the swordsman was covered in scars, to the point where there was barely an inch of skin left uncovered from them. And under those scars was a physique greater than anyone else. After realizing that she was eyeing him like a pervert, she blushed and began to back away. However, before she could back away, her towel became undone, and as she picked it up to recover herself, she realized his eyes that were blank s moment ago, were now open. His eyes were no longer the hazel blue eyes that were usually seen, but now golden with a tinge of red. She became stunned after seeing them for a moment that she forgot she was naked. The swordsman closed his eyes and scoffed, saying "Can you cover yourself, miss pervert" in a disciplined tone. After realizing she was still naked and in full view of him, she shrieked and fell back into the water, and later emerged farther across from him with a bright tinged face. The water has become several times hotter after her outburst as she held a mixture of emotions. She felt deeply embarrassed as she had never let herself be seen vulnerable by another person before. She felt angry as he had seen her. But, she even felt an emotion she'd never felt before. She couldn't tell what it was. It felt like disappointment, resentment, and sadness all mixed in one because he hadn't shown a single ounce of emotion towards her body that she worked hard for. This is the point where their romance begins to blossom. The story begins with a prologue that foreshadows the great event, and the childhood of the great swordsman, who was always a calculating person as he was the heir to great nobility. However, he was banished as he learned a forbidden art of swordsman; the dragon art (cruddy name so far). (Had no idea people could see this all)
