Holding Xing Yu's hand, Jian hesitantly entered the towering castle. The structure was enormous, like a huge crystal tower rising so high that the clouds hid its tip. The doorway was arched, with multitudes of gems and crystals stuck into it in a beautiful pattern. Every step they took made the crystals around them shimmer under the light, making the whole place look almost unreal.
It was so breathtakingly beautiful that Jian couldn't help but stare.
After a few seconds, he quickly closed his gaping mouth before anyone could notice and embarrass himself.
Nansich, on the other hand, didn't seem to care about looking dignified at all. His mouth was hanging wide open as he stared around the castle, almost unable to believe what he was seeing.
"Fucking hell. This place is so massive and beautiful." He nudged Jian with his elbow and looked at him. "So you get to live here now?"
Jian hesitantly nodded.
"Yeah... I guess I do."
He still found it strange to say that.
