The two returned home and entered the villa, but Fang Nianzhi hadn't come back to her senses until they had both washed up and were lying in the big bed. Fang Nianzhi suddenly sat up with a jolt.
Sang Siyang felt slightly anxious inside. He stared at her without moving, waiting for what she would say next.
If she regretted it and didn't want to be with him anymore, then he would let her go.
"Sang Siyang, you said last time that you would buy lots of novels to fill up the entire study—when are you going to buy them?" Fang Nianzhi had been thinking about this for the past few days and wanted to mention it to him, but she kept forgetting by the time he got off work.
Now that she finally remembered, she couldn't wait until tomorrow, or she'd forget again.
"They've already been ordered. They should all be delivered in a couple of days."
Sang Siyang's initially tense heart couldn't help but feel both amused and exasperated upon hearing her words.
