"Okay." Sang Qiao followed, still holding little Si Tiantian's leg.
The family of three got into the car, and the driver headed to the hospital where Si Chenli was, while Si Jing watched from his window, only able to wait at home.
His mobility was limited now, and going out might just cause them more delays, so it was better to stay at home.

Hospital
When Sang Qiao and the others arrived, Si Chenli had already been taken to the operating room. They were too late to talk to Ah Li before he went in for surgery.
"Excuse me," Mrs. Si couldn't help but ask a passing nurse, "a surgery similar to cosmetic ones shouldn't be too dangerous, right?"
"Normally there are no major issues, but every surgery carries risks. Just relax and wait," the nurse answered officially.
"Okay." Mrs. Si nodded her head and sat in a nearby chair, trying not to think too much.
She shouldn't scare herself over a minor surgery; Ah Li would definitely come out safe and sound.
