"You're lying to me?"
Bo Yanching glanced downward, gesturing her to look to the right.
Nan Jiaojiao touched the spot where she had been stabbed, and there was already a hardened scar.
After her outburst, a strong sense of guilt surged in.
"I'm sorry, stabbing you back then was out of necessity."
Bo Yanching looked at her, "What kind of necessity?"
Nan Jiaojiao's expression was calm, "A bullet was coming at that time, there wasn't enough time. I originally intended to pull you away, but it was too quick, so I had to change direction with you."
Even though she spoke calmly, Bo Yanching was horrified. He suddenly realized and pulled her into his arms, asking her "where" while searching. Soon he found a bullet wound on her lower back.
His fingers suddenly trembled, his breath pressed down, and he forced himself to calm down, pressing against that wound.
His voice unconsciously carried a tremble: "Why didn't you tell me?"
