From the balcony, one could see the view of the streets and their surroundings. Oak trees were growing on both sides of the road, forming a natural cover for the pedestrians.
Lily took in a deep breath of fresh air.
Dylan passed her a pair of gloves from the kickboxing station located on the balcony and asked, "Wanna learn?"
Although she was not interested in such sport, Lily was willing to learn with Dylan as her mentor.
After she put on the gloves, Dylan stood behind her with his chin close to her face. He placed an arm upon her shoulder and instructed, "Stand straight. Be vigilant and aggressive. Focus. Put all your strength within your fist."
Lily nodded and threw out a punch.
Her fist came into contact with the sandbag, causing it to swing backward. But it quickly swung back and hit Lily on her forehead.
Dylan circled her waist and supported her as she took one step backward.
