After they had departed from the Roberts Manor, Nidia and Lavanya headed to the mall. Nidia had not exactly lied to Harvey.
Even though she reckoned Jackson would have already instructed Dylan to get a present for Lily, Nidia doubted a manly guy like Dylan would not be as thoughtful as a woman.
Upon entering the mall, the never-ending rows of dazzling shops greeted Nidia and Lavanya. Spoilt for choice, Lavanya suggested buying stuffed toys, the most conventional gift, for Lily's twins.
TF Co. was the original owner of the mall, but Jackson had since given it to Nidia. She was thus the official owner of the mall.
"Mrs. Cunningham, what are you looking for? Can we recommend anything to you?" The owner of the toy store sprang up the moment he saw Nidia and Lavanya march in. He immediately rushed to their assistance.
"Do you have any stuffed toys that are suitable for newborns?" Nidia asked politely.
