Upon closing the door, the private room was entirely cut off from the outside world.
The Summerset club was well-known for its sophisticated soundproofing. But, Samuel had intentionally asked the designer to upgrade his private room with even better soundproofing. By doing so, they wouldn't be disturbed by the noise outside of the room when they were having a conversation.
As soon as Jackson entered the private room, the atmosphere changed.
Samuel entered next. After both he and Jackson sat down, he started to exaggeratedly describe what had happened outside while shuffling the poker cards.
"Hah! That woman asked for it. Well, she was clearly overestimating her own ability. She wanted to hook up with Jacks when she can't even compare to South. There is absolutely no other woman except South that is worthy of Jacks," Simpson remarked. A rare smile appeared on Jackson's face as he was pleased to hear Simpson's remark.
