"Oh, no! We need to hurry!" Samiel exclaimed as soon as he saw the black dragon.
"Professor, quickly open a portal where the dragon is, but a little far." He then faced the professor.
Professor nodded quickly and opened a portal. They quickly passed through it and found themselves in the vicinity of the black dragon but at a safe distance.
The massive creature continued its menacing flight, unaware of their sudden appearance.
"What is a demonic dragon doing here?" Professor muttered as he now could sense the dense amount of demonic mana emanating from the dragon. "And..."
As he paused, both of their attention turned to three figures who were below the demonic dragon. Two adults, probably high-ranking Awakeners, and a young figure covered in a robe and hoodie, probably a kid.
'We found them.' Samiel thought as he processed the situation. 'It is just as written in that book, though we seem to be a bit late. They are already being chased by the demons.'
