The door to the room was suddenly opened. In came another group of goblins with the goblin king at the front. The group successful d the area with their weapons held high.
They were surprised when they saw the many corpses on the ground and a writhing and charged figure on the ground. The dungeon core they called mother was emitting bright light that threatened to blind them.
Seeing the group areive, Erden dimmed the light coming from his core. The goblin king approached and asked, "what has happened here?"
The goblin archer immediately went to his knees and answered his king. Erdne did not do so as he went over with his goblin body towards the fallen sky. He picked up an arrow and poked her charred body. But Sky barely responded.
"Seems like she is still alive."
He then went over and dragged one of the dead kobold bodies over towards her. At that momeny, the king arrived in front of erden. His face was anything but good as he frowned and looked menacingly at Eeden.
